Sounded like a boiler room atmosphere. A lot of background noise. Asked for the HR Dept. I said everyone was at lunch. They said they'd call back later. Let my superiors know. They said thanks for my response.

Telemarketing call looking for HR calling regarding "compliance" which is trying to sound like it's an official call. Nice trick if you can pull it off. I told them the call would not be accepted. Bye-bye.

This is some B.S. company (Rapid Learning Institute) that tries to sell you HR and compliance products/services. They are annoying as heck and blow your phone up ALL day for weeks. I have asked every caller to remove our company from their call lists to no avail (apparently they are also retarded in addition to annoying). I have written the CEO and we will see what happens.
