I got a call from 1-877-792-5736  three times within the last 2 1/2 months.. Looked the numer up on the internet, got plenty of reports, stating this company is a scam...

It is a SCAM!!!  DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFO!!!

Excellent!!  I like to call them back and mess with them until they get frustrated and call me a few choice words then hang up.  Then call them back again and again until they block me..

Do not give out ANY info.  If this were real they would already have your info..  What i do is call them back and mess with their heads until they get nasty and hangup on me.  Then I keep calling them back until they block me.

b)  don't call you to warn you they're coming.

I received numerous calls from 202-809-9062 stating to call 877-792-5736, left the name of Toni Walker, to call her, that I've been officially notified of a claim filed against me at this firm.  When calling back blocking my number a message states Dept of Investigations.   Claim # 1926709...not sure what this could be...not bill collectors should be contacting me due to a current bankruptcy.  I will call to find out what company/debt this is for and will update to inform others that may be receiving the same phone calls.   More than likely this is a scam.

I received a call on yesterday stating the same information, about I'm being serves but they would need my address in order to serve the papers. This has be a SCAM, if this was a real company they would already have all of the information as well. I;m reporting this number to the FTC and FCC. These people really need to stop this mess.

Received a call today for a claim that is file against me and that they will send out documentation today?  Phone # they listed for me to check with is 18777925736.  They call from a non toll # 312 350 7350. It was a booming voice to intimidate. They wanted my updated address. I only have one chance to correct this. All the same stuff as the other notes. I'll call the 312 350 7350 number later but I'm sure I'll get referred. Try calling these cell numbers several times at 4am. Wake them up.

Greg Sharp called regarding claim  1930902 from# 352-540-7473 stating for me to call and verify my address and phone number and place of employment.  When I called that number back the recording stated "this is the investigations department and this number does not accept messages".
The message also stated to call Atlas at 877-792-5736.  I called back with *67 before the number so they would not see where the call came from.
The recording at Atlas stated for me to enter an extension # or hold for an operator.  I hung up.  Process servers don't call you first.  If they are ready to serve me, they should already have my address.  I will not be calling them back, but I will be forwarding this on to the FBI and FTC for investigation.

yes cause they call me every other day from different numbers..I am tired of it they call me at work to..But they should have my address. I do not call back

Recieved a call from 5283689829 asking to verify my home address to drop off a claim. When I questioned the caller he advised me to call 877-792-5736 claim number 1924846 . When I called the 877 someone answered and started dialing numbers in my ear as if I was a home phone and they hung up. This seems like a SCAM . PLEASE BE WARE

If this was  real, would the caller not have your address??  I'll bet the caller didn't state the reason for the call.  You are correct - probable scam to extort money from you.

I wouldn't speak with her. She called back and left voice message to call ATLAS at 877 792 5736- scam.

Just got the same call today.  they have called at least 3 times today.  They are also calling from a 586-690-8505.  I too have called a lawyer who deals with debt collectors.

I received the same call on Friday, 04/18/2014 at 12:38 pm saying that I am being served with a claim number of 1923035 by a person by the name of Jamie Sosa. I would like to know, what did I do in order to have this claim against me for.

Got a call today from someone, left a message, stating they had a claim against me and needed to verify my home and employment address, so they can serve me with a summons,also left a file number for me to give to this other number when I called them.  Said I only had one chance to clear this up and I needed to call 1-877-792-5736 (Atlas). I have had this same type of call 3 times already this month from different numbers and companies, all leaving messages, stating they have a claim against me. The numbers are 1-877-792-5736(ATLAS), 1-866-336-9743(STATEWIDE MEDIATION) and 1-877-338-8114(LONGVIEW ACQUSITION). I have reported all of them and have sent my complaints to a lawyer who handles in these types of calls an scammers.

Called me today I called back and they tried to verify my physical address and claim the people who called me were process servers.  Without me providing any information they knew my last name. They refuse to give me any information and want me to divulge private information without informing me who they work for. He gave me the name "atlas consumer services". I googled them and nothing came up. He started they are from the phoenix metro area.  I am assuming they are a small collection firm, they claimed to be a " pre litigation firm " but I have no idea who they are so I won't be speaking with them.
