I got the same call same number last week said they were filing fraud charges if i didnt pay the four fifty i owe from a payday loan should i pay and get them off my back

Recieve a call from an Unknow number stating that I had several formal complaints and the next step would be to file paperwork with my local cirut court.  The number the man told me I could call was the 877-794-8808.  I call that number and it says it is National and to dial 0 for the next available represenative.

I recieved the same call to my phone. Also my work phone and a family members phone.  Number came up Unknown tho.  Guess its a scam.

Whoever this is used someone who made anonymous calls to friends, relatives of my kids wife all calls came from a "private number". The actions are illegal and if I find out who it is I will sue them for the 1000.00 per instance call  they are liable for under Federal Law. However being able to prove anything is highly unlikely.

I recdeived today a call for this people that we have to go to court please let me know who is this people
