They call themselves national network of attorneys (bull) or N &G capital. They called my elderly parents house, claiming to be looking for my sibling due to a legal issue involving theft (-_-). Rude, won't give you an address, will insult you, hang up on you when you demand information...so I googled a bit and found that information for myself. For reporting purposes, the address for N &G capital is:

Report the heck out of these jerks. It's a huge scam. Refusing to give an address? Refusing to repeat the name of the place they're calling from? Refusing to reroute you to their superior? Disclosing the "legal information" they're calling about? That's the fishiest experience I've ever had. What's worse, is that they're clearly preying on my elderly parents. Guess what; you ran into the wrong gatekeeper here. Get ready for prosecution to the full extent of the law. Don't you dare try to take advantage of my parents.

Now they are saying we are going to call and verify your JOB information.  These horrible people have no lives and I thank GOD for google!  I hope no one falls into their trap and give away hard earned money which they know nothing about#Jerks!

Rude ! Nasty!  Are you trying to scam me or threaten me.  Should the authorities be notified?

These people are scammers first and foremost they called me and said they needed to send me a much  needed document and to give them a call back at the no they provided so I called and much to my dismay it was to say that I owed a debt to some pay day loan company that  I have not used in 12 years and I have since been bankrupt these people prey on the old and scary and weak minded people and will use any tactic to scare you and have you send them your cash money do not be afraid stand up for yourself these people are the scum of the earth and  will not go to get a real job tell them to go to HELL when they call you again and report them

What the hell are these governments doing in the south to allow these extortionists to continue to prey on people.

I wish they would come to my house.  I would throw them down my hill and wait for the coyotes to come and eat them.

They are not trying to get your address to serve you.  They don't have anything to serve you.  There's no court order or anything like that no matter what they say.  They won't even send you debt validation if you request it even though by law they have to and have 5 business days from the date of contact to send you proper debt validation.  Some of these lowlifes will send you something in the mail but it's only a piece of paper on their phony letterhead with some made up balance listed on it.  They are just using any scare tactics to get people to call them and then scare them into paying them.  That's why they are a fraud and a scam.  They don't have the necessary paperwork (debt validation) that a legit debt collector would send you to prove that they own the debt.  Also no legit debt collector calls and warns you about serving you paperwork.  

Definitely file a complaint with you state's AG.  They will usually get the calls to stop or at least let you know that they are a scam.  Also check you credit report.  Most likely whatever debt they are claiming you owe isn't on there.

They got a new angle they call and say they are Erin sullvie with Jackson county saying that they have filled a to have license suspended and leave this number hoping to get you to call back so they can confirm your number. The whole goal being to get a address to serve on you.

This is a recorded call that says that they have returned documents for me and that I  need to return a call to them immediately to avoid arrest. This is a scam and I will not pay I have filed a police report and also called the State  Attorney General's office.

They're scammers. Report the calls to the FTC, the FBI and your state's Attorney General.  When these jokers call back, tell them that on the advice of your attorney (even if you don't have one) you're recording all calls they make for multiple violations of the FDCPA.

How about this one? Called my fiancées phone looking for me in regards to a check protest claim where i am being charged with malicious intent to defraud! Said that they would be authorized to repo my truck giving year make and model, calling it tangible assets.  B*****ds, how about you charge me with homicide? Can't wait to unload the nastiest voicemail they've ever witnessed! Couldn't make out what acronym the company was, but it sounded like MNG Capital...

They are awful saying they represent lawyers and when I asked him if he was a collection agency, the male representative became angry but wouldn't give a lawyers name and hung up on me.

They are calling me for someone else debt then when i tried to talk someone from the company they talk nasty to you when you tell them you do not know the person they are looking for. I am very upset that it is ok for this company to treat me as if I am the person that owes money.

This "collection agency" is harassing me for someone else's debt which I doubt is even real.  When I've answered it is always a recording so you can't tell them it's a wrong number.  I today I was tired of getting the calls and tried to call them back.  The man that answered the phone told me it's my problem if someone else used my cell number and he hopes that they steal my identity and bleed me dry!  There is NO legitimate business that would treat people that way even as a debt collector!!  You can't ever understand the name of their company either... reporting them!
