SCAMMERS
I'm a female doctor in FL with my name clearly stated on my private cellphone voicemail...I've had my phone number for 3 years ...so they know they haven't reached "James Baker". Both calls/messages that I received originate from the same Virginia number looking for James Baker, each left a completely different return number to call. It's a scam for you to call them back for whatever reason:

Got a call from 703-434-3921 on 3/21/13 at 11:51am. Message left was from "Jennifer"..."Hi this message is for James Baker...(mumbled)...your insurance company and I just need to go over your insurance policy with you. My direct number is 888-772-4184." Google doesn't come up with much on the 888 number.

Next morning, almost exact same time from same initial number... Got a call from 703-434-3921 on 3/22/2013 at 11:49 am. Message from "Brenda". "Hi this message is for James Baker. I'm calling in reference to a court date. Please call me at 877-798-9066.

This Brenda called my in laws asking for me, said it was about a court date, freaking my mother in law out, she texted me and I looked up the number because it starts with 877 - not an actual area code but a business prefix usually associated with telemarketers and bill collectors. Glad someone else did call so we know what it's about, I used to have a structured settlement too. But that ran out years ago.......

I too got a message on my answering machine today,  from guess who---Brenda, about a court date...

This "supposed" court date is for a deceased member of our family. Hmmmm, I think she will have a hard time getting to court. Now I really want to play with this Brenda person but not sure how. Any suggestions?  

I just tried calling her back and I got a msg that her extension is busy and to please leave a msg. I did not leave a message. I want to see if she calls back. Will advise.

Got a call from 877-798-9066.  The lady asked for my husband, and I explained he wasn't home and asked to take a message.  She said her name was Brenda and to call her back at 877-798-9066.  I asked what it was regarding and she said "a court date".  She wouldn't give me any information.  I explained my husband is a truck driver, and she asked if there was a number I could get in touch with him and have him call her back as soon as possible.
My husband called her and she wanted to buy his structured settlement.  When he explained that the last payment of his settlement was over 6 years ago, she argued with him.  She kept asking if he had lifetime payments.
VERY upset with the lengths these people will go to.  Do they honestly believe that by telling me its about a court date, that we would sell to them if we did still have it?

A Lady Calling looking for SWIMK & Asking that I Return her Call I regards To A Court Date..?¿? Very Odd Knowing I Have NO Legal Matters To Present Any Type of Legal Actions what so ever AND DiD NOT Call Back. Any Info would be great Thx.

I got a call today my mom took the call i was at work the lady said that i had a court date and she needed to talk to me personaly and could not give any more information to my mom.  I didnt call the number she left.
