Why doesn't tmobile deactivate all these numbers that are being used by this phishing scam:1-877-801-7483; 1-800-932-2209. 1-866-392-5647 has been disconnected and you get a message the call was a scam.

"Message says "WSCU account restricted Call at 877 801 7483 to solve the problem."
WSCU does not have a generic ATT cell phone account (return cell address was WSCU@txt.att.net). Issues with account problems are not handled in this way from the referenced credit union. This is obviously a scam with someone spoofing credit unions through ATT, Tmobile

fcu@tmomail.net/ /Your 1ST CITY C.U account is locked due to unusual activity. Call(877)801-7483 to unlock.
This appears to be a scam, rather than a simple error, as I don't have such an account.

I just got the text message from these idiots trying to make me enter a valid card so that they can then use it without my authorization. They also send me 2 more texts with the following numbers:
888-666-0928
866-932-3537

i got 2 text messages the same day. i called 877-801-7483 and a REALLY old man answered and said his phone had been ringing off the hook. poor guy. so i called t-mobile to report the situation and they said they were aware of it & their "security team" was working on the problem.
is that the common thread? t-mobile?

Did they actually think I would enter a full credit card number. Are people really that uninformed about phishing scams?
