Received a call today from  a so-called server who says he is going to serve me if I don't pay some money to a loan company .  wtf ?

I received a phone call today saying I owe money to a place I never been before. John tells me that I have to give them money or I will be arrested on a pay day loan I never got. Then a lady by the name of Danielle says I ttyl be served in 48 hours paper work to appear in court. They are harrassing me .

I also got calles from this Micheal Guy he is really harrassing and left me like 5 messages that i savied and thinking of going to the PD And file some things. i need y'all help is this stuff real can the sue me if i do own anymoney

Same thing as above. They gain intel about a prospective target and threaten legal action for a debt or check you do not owe. Theft ring, they are not who they claim to be. Do not send them money.

Mike Evans (so he says his name is) after 3 calls left a message that he was working in conjunction with the "county" I live in and that legal action was going to be taken against me for check fraud.
Funny as I haven't written a check in over 15 years and pay with cash or my bank card.
Scammer for sure as he thought he could get me to call him-
Nope, called the police dept (oh-no record at all regarding this) and now they have the report with all Mr.Evans info.
I see a lawsuit for whatever company he works for for harassment etc.
Anyone else who gets a call from them needs to do the same. File a report with your local PD.

Another phone number of a scammer.  They are hoping you will call back so they can threaten you to pay a debt that you probably do not owe.  The next call may be "The police are coming".  They are not.  If you actually did owe someone money you would receive a MAILED notification, not a phone call or email.  Many of these scammers are not even in the U.S.A.

Received a phone call on my voice mail, from a woman who called herself, Kelly Nash, from Legal Couriers?????( the ending was muffled) said she tried to contact me at my home to serve me, now she is on her way to my place of employment to serve me.If I have any questions or would like a stop order issued , I could contact them at 877-801-8433, with my case number.
I received a call previous from this number different person, claiming checks had been written from my checking account that had not been honored. I do have a checking account, but I never ordered checks.

Received a call from a woman stating I will be receiving a summons. If I wanted to talk to the originating source of the summons I could call the 877-801-8403. I called & a Mike Evans said I was writing bad checks & a summons with a case # & it would be stopped if I could prove identity theft. I had to fax him proof immediately. I called my State Attorney's office & they had no record of any case against me. They are most likely the theft ring that has gotten my SS, address, & phone. What they expected getting the police report & other proof is beyond me. I sent them nothing. I contacted my Attorney, State Attorney & local Sheriff dept.

I received a very harrassing phone call from a "Michael Belmont" from TCS Carriers.  Saying he was going to be coming out to my house or employer to serve me papers.  I goggled TCS carriers and there is no such company.

I got a very harassing call from this phone number - Kaden Asset Group. They used very threatening language about a situation with my former husband and induced me to make a payment on his behalf or he would be given a summons to appear in court. I believe this company is not using legitimate methods, and I later found out there have been many complaints lodged against them. As I discovered, they are not approved by the BBB, and in fact they received an F rating. I am disputing the charge with my bank and will lodge further complaints against Kaden's practices. I wish I had done further research before believing what they told me on the phone. Typically I would have done so but they are very, very convincing. Please refuse any calls from this organization.

They keep calling my mom asking for me.
