The number is to let you known you are about to go over your cellphone minutes, if you have a Consumer Celluar phone.  Most of the time it comes as text message.  Rarely have had a recorded message.

I get calls from this # every day!!!
They don't answer when I call back. Silent on the other end and just hear clicking sounds then hang up.
Call's happen between 9am to 5pm.  GRRRRRRRR!!!!
