I keep getting calls by this number with a recording to please hold it is important that they speak with me.  I did hold one time for about 3 minutes before I hung up.

I have had a call a day from free college referal service. I ask them not to call back but they continue. They say since they have my e-mail address I must have signed up for their service.

I received a coll from them saying they are a collection agency and that I owe money from an order I placed back in July from Women Within catalog. I told them I do not owe anything to them and that I will call Women Within and ask them what this call was about. He insisted that I do not call Woman Within and that I need to send them the money I owe. I told him I need to call Woman Within to find out what exactly I bought that I did not pay. He got scared and hung up the phone on me. I called Woman Withing and they said I do not owe them anything.

I believe this collection company is a SCAM. Now I'm scared because I don't know where they got my name, phone number, and the info of what I bought from Woman Within.

Does anyone know where to I report them?

All right....Here I go just got a phone call now and when I picked up I said Hello This Is Mcdonalds How may i Help you because I thought It was one of my friends,right? then they didnt say anything and they called again and i just said hello.They still didn't say a DAM thing!I am too scared to anser the phone anymore!

I received a call from this number and called it back.  The guy on the other end said he was with State Collection Agency and told me who he was looking for.  I told him he had the wrong number and asked that my number be removed from their system.

They obviously collect for multiple different businesses, but mine was in regards to a late People's Gas bill.

They call MY BUSINESS everyday at least once. I answer they hang up. I am reporting them to every place I can think of and everyone else should do the same. My business is new and was probably someone else's number prior to being mine. I have decided that instead of saying hello, from now on they will get a VERY VERY LOUD WHISTLE BLOWN IN TO THE PHONE. Sick of it!

Recived call 877-805-1043, they are a collection company, State Collection Service, other #800-477-7474, addresses, P. O. Box 6250, Madison, WI, 53716 or 2509 S Stoughton Road, Madison, WI  53716.  Collection for REDCATS, no idea who that is but that is what I was told.

This caller has been occasionally calling me for about four years now.  I was a sophomore in high school when the calls started and was quite bemused at the time.  The caller asks for "Victor Sanchez, and even though I have repeatedly told them I am NOT Victor Sanchez, I do NOT know a Victor Sanchez, and I am in NO way affiliated with said Victor Sanchez, the calls always seem to return a few months later.  

After four years, I no longer find humor in the persistent calls and I would appreciate if this nuisance would finally stop.

approximately 1 yr ago I received a call from this number, after ignoring the number I called them back. they were rude and ignorant, i told them I wasnt the "man" who they were looking for since I am a woman. they informed me that they would remove me from the call list, After further looking into the number it is a debt collection agency, not a very good one, and they need to rethink who they hire. So today out of the blue I get another call, approximately 1 yr later with them asking for the same person they asked for one year ago. The person asked me when did I get the call, I told him right now, since I am talking to you (OMG), you called..... He told me that my number was removed, so my question back was then why did you just call me looking for that person who I am not. He became verbally hostile, so I returned the kind remarkes. There is no reason for such individuals to randomally harrass people. Is there a federal agency that monitors such callers to put them out of business?

In the past 2 weeks i've received 6 calls from them. I always ignore the calls. But it is getting highly annoying, >_< I registered my number on that DO NOT CALL list and it seems like the number of scam calls have increased. :/

I just got a call from here. When I asked what type of business they were they said "state collections". I had called from a blocked number on purpose, he asked me to give my phone number so he could check on why he was calling me. I said no, I want to know what type of business you are. He said ok, then we will just continue to call you then. At that point I hung up on him. Clearly a scam...

wow... just looked up this number and i see that someone else was pissed as well almost an hour ago. its probably a debt collector, i mean... you can put your number on a dont call list, but if you still owe money to folks that doesnt mean a damn thing. do not call lists are for solicitors (people trying to sell you s*** and get your money) debt collectors however are trying to get money you already owe... i work at a college referral company and we have to call people a lot, and sometimes a couple bright americans scream about a do not call list, which again, us being a FREE college referral service, means we get to call you if you are dumb enough to put your number out there. so maybe just pick up, see how much you owe, and then tell them to go f*** their grandmother, the worlds ending in 2012 anyway, and your pet duck just stole your chevy AND your tuna fish sandwich and that this is the last thing you need to be worrying about right now. pretty sure they'll leave you alone then

I get phone calls from this number 3 or 4 times a day...I don't know who they are, but I wish that they would stop harrassing me and my family..

I also keep getting calls from this number, I never picked up because I don't answer unknown numbers. When I call back they don't state who they are. I'm on the "Do Not Call List" I don't understand...

Just got a new cell phone & number and keep getting calls from a seemingly endless stream of bill collectors looking for the last owner of this number. I no longer answer their calls and just use the "blocking" feature. This number is just one I just added to a growing list.

The auto-looping of the message even when you type in the number that you are not the person they are seeking is EXTREMELY annoying

This is the second time we've been called by this number.  Dont' know who they are and we have all our numbers logged in America's no call list.
