Some guy called my parent's house asking for me because they wanted to talk to me about "my accident" and wanted personal information, when my relative asked for a name and phone number where he could call back, the guy immediately hung up, he called back a few seconds later and the 877 number didn't show on the caller id and my relative asked this person what his name was to what he said his name was Jose Diaz and hung up after my relative refused to give him any of the information he was requesting....sure sounds like a scam, be careful people!!

Was in a fender bender/scratcher auto accident yesterday.  I got a call on my cell with a pitch for a chiropractor.  I immediately said no thank you and hung up.  The called called back and I did not pick up, they left a cute/rude VM saying something like I must cheer-up.

We got a call from 'Al Cortez' today and left a message saying he had information about my accident.  Prior to calling back, I figured I'd see if that number he gave (866-947-3746) was legit with a Google search.  Seems I'm not alone with this Scam Artist.  I'd really like to know what his real name is or his company.  I doubt it matters though, even if they get shutdown, they'll pop back up with a different name tomorrow.
The insurance company is powerless against this prowling.

I recieved 4 calls from East Broad Chiropractor and 3 calls from an un known number with in an hour time frame.  I answered 1 of the unknown numbers and a guy asked for my husband and when I said he was not here he hung up.  We had a message on the answering machine for an Al Cortez and he had important info about an accident and to call back 1-866-947-3746.  I also answered one of the calls from East Broad Chiropractor and when they knew my husband was not there he hung up.  I called back "Al Cortez" and was pretty angry and told him that I recieved all of these phone calls from this number and he denied calls coming from that number and then hung up!  It is definately a SCAM!

Was in a truck -vs- truck accident 8 days ago in cleveland minor fender bender. Answered the call on my Cell phone, lady said she was with the insurance company and it was about my accident when I asked who is it.

Then gave me a pitch for chiropractic service and I quickly hung up.

No one was even hurt m what scammers!

Was in accident 2 weeks ago.  A guy called today and couldn't pronounce my name.  I thought it was a solicitation.  I told him to put me on their do not call list.  He said it's not a solicitation call, it's about my accident but I won't call and he hung up.  I called back 877-805-4590 and there was no answer.

Was in an accident last week. Got a call today from an Al Cotez. He said he had important information for me reguarding my accident, and to call him back at 866-947-3746 before a certin time. I tried calling back and just got an answering machine stating his name. No company was given. I called the insurence company involved and they said they do not have an Al Cortez working for them. The number on my caller ID was different than what he gave me. It was 877-805-4590.

Scam call.  Didn't identify himself other than "with the insurance company".  Wanted to know if I needed medical attention.  Hung up when asked what insurance company he was with.
