This number has only called me 1 time but I don't know who it is.  Allthey did was leave there name and that's it. Please have this number stop calling me.

Who is this person?  Twice I've come home to find a message on my machine to "Call Ms. Lowery at 877-806-0025.  If they cannot be bothered with leaving me anymore information than that why should I call them back?  If they call one more time I will report it as we are on the do not call list.

mrs. davis called me at work saying my huband and i owe $3725.13 in backed taxes for virginia tax return. i told her we weren't even married in 1991 and we always get our return. if you check out other sites re: this phone number you will find this is a scam to get you to panic and pay the debt over the phone using your credit card! i gave her such a hard time because i'm somewhat familiar with tax laws!! HA so there LOSERS!

I've getting many calls from this number, I just got my cell phone and the first day, they called me saying to return a call to such and such.... (never do) but its annoying.. make it stop!!!

Mine is Mrs. Shotwell...we have had at least a dozen messages in the last 6 months

mine just leaves the number and nothing else. what is it?

I cannot remember how long Ms. Lowery has been calling me. She leaves amessage saying to , "please return call to Ms. Lowert at 1-877-806-0025" with no details .If you call the #, you get a machine.......I want it stopped!

I got the SAME call just now, and returned the call, a Mrs/Ms Benjamin
answered, asked for my phone number to find out who/why. I gave her the Mrs
Shotwell name, then the woman said "she works here, and is calling Matthew
at work".  I said "No Matthew here, and this is a private phone".  She said she will remove my number from their list.  HOPEFULLY, this particular call is no more. We'll see...... Maybe someone else can get lucky with this.

calls to return call from mrs shotwell then i finally called back and no one answered and no voicemail either

I KEEP receiving phone calls from the 877-806-0025 number.  This week the first call was from "A Debt Collector" good way to get people to call back, or answer, the caller id on tv showed "o".  I called back with the number left on the message, NO ANSWER.  Tonight I just received another call from
the number, shown, with a message to call Ms. Shotwell or Shockwell; whatever. I picked up the phone this time, and got a recording "It's imperative that you call me back, left name and phone number.

Last week I put my phone number on the National Do Not Call List, so I'm filing another report, hopefully I can put some strong message to have this ANNNOYING PERSON stop calling.

I keep getting a message from this number to call back a Mrs. Shockwell. I have tried calling back only to receive a dead line on the phone.  Who is this? And what is it for?  They start calling as early as 8:30am til 10PM at night. I am really sick of it.

As a number of other people have already posted on this website, I received a semi-garbled call from this phone number. The person did not say who she was trying to reach only that her name was what sounded like Ms. Slapshot and that the call was an attempt to collect a debt.

When I called the telephone number to inquire further I found the number rang and rang but no voice prompt or voice mail system ever came up.

I too consider whomever is making these calls to be involved in a scam and I hope they don't call me again.

I keep receiving these calls also, let it go to message, can't understand the name the woman leaves, but believe it's the name shown on one of the posts here.

Yes, get repeat calls on weekends saying this is your last chance and pls call 877-806-0025. No one answers above phone, atleast not on weekends.

Get this called different times of the day every 3 days, always a message to call back urgently, call back get a answering machine. Get calls at 9:00 at night. Want it stopped

Same here...attempted to call back. The weird part is I answered the call and was given the recording...it never went to vm...and this was on my cell phone which I have only had for maybe 2 wks at most.

Recorded message that it's urgent that I call 877-806-0025 and speak to Ms. Shotwell.  I call the number and there's no answer or answering machine.

Every couple of days get a meesage on phone telling me to please return call to Mrs Shotwell as this number.

Getting phone calls at least twice a week for the last 3 months from someone saying we must return the call to a Ms. Shotwell....it's getting annoying...any ideas on how to get it to stop.

I have no idea who these clowns are. Ive been getting this call for the longest time now. Like months!!! they call all hours of the day its 8:58am here right now. they just called me 8 minutes ago. I just got home for working all night and I dont need to be bothered by these idiots!!
 If anyone knows who to stop these fools from calling I would LOVE to know how you did it! What i have been doing is saven the messages from when they call. I dont answer any number I dint know. and I have a voice recorder that I save every call on (  date , time, And message ) Im going to look into taken legal actions on these people for harassment if it dont stop soon.
 Also they way I see it, If I do owe you money... Dont call me and ask me to call you back. They can call me in person or dont call at all. If you owed me money Ill call you not have my voicemail call you and ask you to call me back.   Now this is a very important message!!!

Got a call from 877-806-0025 with a recorded message from Ms. Lowrie stating it was imperative I called them back.  I called them back and was informed I failed to pay taxed in Virginia in 1994!!!  According to them I filed Federal Taxes but not state, not sure why I would do one and not the other.  They state I owe almost $1000 due to penalties and wanted me to make a payment over the phone.  I refused and stated the State of Virginia could mail me the information considering I have filed taxes for the past 14 years, WV State and Federal and they are just now telling me I owe taxes from 14 years ago.  Why has VA not contacted me, my info has always been open and available.  I am questioning if this is a scam!

Got a call from 877-806-0025 with a recorded message to please call Miss Lowrie. Tried calling back and the line rings for 5 minutes but I did eventually get someone on the phone. They were with NCO debt collection trying to collect for 10 year old state income taxes (Virginia)

Got a call from this number from a MS maddison. Called the number back and someone said " This call will be recorded" then a bunch of shuffling noise and then it disconnected. Could be a medical bill. Maybe this is the way they claim they have tried to contact you so they can put a lean on your property or something. Don't know.

We've gotten 3 calls from these 'people'.  Picked up once and it was the same message, so it's a recording (Obviously.)  Anyone have any real info on this one?

I was using a broadband cell phone modem, I recently had it changed to a regular phone and right away the new cell phone started getting this message. Same "please call Mrs. Shotwell" message. I was going to give this phone to my dad to use for emergencies - now it is useless with this person calling. We have no debt - this looks like a scam. Our number is part of the nat. do not call registry, and we filed a complaint, we are still getting the calls...

It seems to be a collection agency,  We called back to leave an annoying voice mail, but got a person, kind of.  Same monotone, hard to understand voice.

yes i got this call aroung 7am and when i called back the person voice was montoned. i could not understand  or what they wanted from me.
