I have a charge on my account in the amount of 49.95 and all my bank can provide me with is 877-807-4702. When I called the number not once but twice I got hung up on both times.  I don't know what this company is for and what they are doing but I know it has to be illegal in some kind of way.  Please don't trust no site on the internet with your personal bank information.

Merry Christmas to everyone. I hope that this message will help someone. 200cash.com completely sucks. I did authorize the $19 payment to come out of my account. I didn't really read before signing the estatement. I really wasn't upset with that. It's the fact that they took $30 from my account and after days of searching for a REAL working number, not some automated crap, I finally came along one (which I will include with this message) and gave it a shot. The lady's name is Joanne. She answers the phone as 200cash.com. First this lady is massively rude. When trying to explain to her that they took $30 from my account, she sat and tried to convince me it was my banks fault. I was on the phone this morning with my bank. They are actually really cool and didn't even charge me an overdraft fee for going into the negative on my account. So after I wouldn't listen to her petty crap any more and demanded to speak with her supervisor, she hung up on me. So here you go guys...(714)839-7700. I hope this does something for you.

Look folks this company known by Belfort CS also known as Freedom CS may be a scam but you must do a complaint with your bank copy these pages to give to your bank. Also call the company ask for their address if possible record the call. File a BBB complaint then call Federal Trade Commission and file complaint. It will take almost 45 days to get your money but You will get your money back and your bank will need this information to block future actions from these company practices. Make sure to inform the company you are doing this, in time they will be addressed but it will take time. You are right this is no way to conduct business...

I did not get a call, but noticed a $19.95 fee transaction on my U S bank account. The check number 5377 with a signature. The transaction took place on 9-28-09. I called my bank immediatley the Pay to order was to a "GrantPro Subscription with a phone no. of 1-877-807-4709 which is DISCONNECTED.

I did a web search and found out that many people have been scammed when you are trying to find a loan on the web if you have poor credit and can't get one from a banking instituton. I having to close my account to stop this FRAUD company from pursuing to debit my account again.

I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau here in Colton, Ca.- 315 N La Cadena Dr Colton,CA 92324-2927 (909)825-7280, also here is the phone number 1-877-382-4357 for the Federal Trade Commission and website WWW.FTC.GOV. I too have had the phony calls regarding I owe monies to these "fraud" payday loan companies.

This has happened to me as well. I have since closed my bank account because they were charging me monthly for 4 months. I did a check fraud with my bank, Bank of America and get this they said they can't get the money back to me and I'm suppose to pursue this. . .yea right! So much for check fraud protection from Bank of America! I will however try like the single Mom did and see what happens. I suggest you all close your bank accounts because as my bank told me when you apply on line for a loan and give your bank account a third party picks up your information and use's it.

Close your accounts please and don't let these thieves feed on you/use any longer!!!

If you've applied for a loan online, that's how they get your information. Also watch out for them calling your home from the number 812-319-2666 and telling you that you took out a loan with them and they want their money back with interest. If you lack the funds in your account (NSF) is when they will try this alternate method of defrauding you.

P.S. Beware of any phone calls telling you that you need a lawyer or they are a lawyers group (NEW SCAM).

I have never once applied for any type of loan, and to my surprise im 49.95 lower in my account due do this absurd company. This isn't the time in our economy that we need this, the government should step in and take action against companies that do such a thing, i would have spent that $50 on something else, if everyone in this hole were to have there money that has been salvaged and spent it on other than this like myself this could possibly help boost the economy starting with just little items at a time.

I had money debited from my account that I didnt authorize. I called and called and finally got someone and they said I would be gettning a check in the mail in 30-45 days, it sucks but at least I was getting my money back. HMM no check came, I called back the girl I spoke with was very kind ( both times) ans told me I should have had it and she would put it through again.  Remember everyone when you talk to these people be kind it doesnt do any good yelling at a girl answering the phone somewhere for 10 differnet companies its not her fault. Anyhow  I had a direct depost refund in my account within two days.  Remember its better to be nice and calm, things usually go more in your favor! Wish everyone well.. we all need to be careful what we do with our personal information!

I did get a refund.  Heres my story.
I noticed the draft and saw the info on the check so i went to the website and called the 800 # I didn't get anywhere with the phone call so I attempted to use their live chat.  Spoke with a rep who explained that I had gone to a site for pay day loans and a pop up box offered me something and I accepted.  I explained I never click on pop ups and have 2 blockers to avoid getting them.  I didn't authorize charges nor did I receive goods or services.  I wanted the account canceled and my money refunded he gave me ok and it will take 30-40 days for a refund.   Well I am a single Mom so I don't forget money at all.  I didn't think my bank would help.  So I waited.  Well after 30 days I didn't receive anything so I went back to the website and did online chat again.  Spoke with a rep that said oh you should have gotten your money by check.  Its bait and switch kind of.  They say they will "send" you a refund and you forget they dont send it and then dont have to.  If you call them or message them they will respond immediately.  The rep this last time said it would take 7- 10 days and low and behold I found the money electronically transferred to me today in my account yesterday and I spoke with them on Monday.  Now here is the kicker to this sad sad company.  BEWARE, they use other names and will re debit your account with a different name.  What did I find a credit for the $49.95 and another check taken out for $19.95.  Now the original company was the Royal CS membership for the $49.95 now its Prograntcrs.com for the $19.95.   I have filed a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center which is part of the FBIs internet crime unit.  www.ic3.gov/
A partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C)
Now they dont do anything but collect the data and pass the info on to where it needs to in law enforcement but I figure if enough people complain then maybe this company will be ruined, put out of business etc.  I will say I also filed with the BBB but the company ignored them.  I contacted the FTC and never heard from them.  I suggest contacting your bank and local attorney general office and complaining as well.  It may seem like a lot of things to have to do but at this point I have made it my personal mission to stop them and will contact anyone and everyone I can to see what I need to do to make it stop I should not have to close my account and have to change over all my auto pay companies that is alot of my time and the companies that have done no harm.
Anyone else with other ideas want to group together let me know contact me at stillmissyme@yahoo.com

Try using the Internet Crime complaint center which is part of the FBIs internet crime unit.

www.ic3.gov/

Go to your bank.  Contact the attorney general for your state.

Hound the customer service team for which ever company took the money.  But it all ends up being the same web page because it is inevitably the same company for both.

The BBB wont be able to do anything and the companies ignore the requests for information.

Like everyone else here, I too have been ripped off by this Royal Membership! I received my bank statement yesterday and there are 2 checks listed, both are not checks from my bank and they both bear fake signatures of my name. One check was for $49.95 and the other for $17.95. How in the hell can they do this continually and get away with it? Has anyone had any luck getting your money back and, most importantly, getting your personal banking information out of their hands so they can't keep dipping in and stealing money from your account? I am going to contact the BBB as well as the banking commission and the Federal Trade Commission.

Please, if anyone has any information that could assist me, my email address is julmer@comcast.net. Thanks and good luck to all of you who are still fighting these thieves!

I too have had this problem. The first time I don't remember the name of the company but it did have the csr at the end. I went to the corporate office of the bank and they gave me a new checking and Savings account to transfer my deposit to, but left the old accounts open.

Today I checked my bank account and there was a charge for $49.95 for GrantProcsr and overdraft charges because they have not closed that account.I am waiting on someone from the Corporate office to call me
back to see what can be done.

me too... this is absurd.  just called my bank, they're working on putting the $49.95 back into my account (2-3 business days).  the bank informed me that this company can make other attempts, even under a different name, so watch your bank account carefully.  once the funds are put back into my account, i'm going to close it and open a new one - advised by my bank.  will post again once this is cleared up.  good luck.

I had a debit from this account as well. The debit occurred last month (June). I had to close my bank account and reopen another one. But I know where this company received my information. They received it from 200cash.com . let this be a warning for you. If you sign up with a payday lender such as 200cash.com, they will give your information to others. this is not the first time that this has happened and it is shame on me for allowing it to happen again. Anyway, I went online today and did a live chat with a rep from royal customer service. the rep told me that the company was a "secured value credit line for use in purchasing electronics online through their catalog site." He then stated that it was signed up through a popup at a payday loan site. When I asked how to access the site, he gave me the URL. I then asked him why I never received a notification from this company before the money was taken from my account (not once but twice!). I didn't receive an answer right away. I then asked him why I would want to pay $18 per month for a line of credit. He ended the chat. I have taken steps to report them to the NC State Attorney General's office. Maybe this information will help the rest of you.

I have this happen to me as well.  If you have applied for a pay day loan, this is how they get your information.  It is just a matter of a pop-up that takes your information.  They debited 49.95 out of my account.  I immediately called my bank and they did a back out on the check which refunds the money within 24 hours.  Thankfully, my bank was very understanding and they said they will keep an eye out for future transactions like this.  They said it may or may not come back, but they recommend closing the account.

FYI, I was told that these are connected with on line payday loan companies by the company that is doing the refunds.  So evidently, if a consumer searches for or tries to get an on-line payday loan this company or companies somehow get the banking information--so I was told--

We do need to rally together as this company did this to me twice as well.  Pisser is that I don't have product or service for this $49.95 x 2.  They need to be stopped.  The first time I called I found out the company that is doing all the "refunds" when consumers like us see these transactions is based out of Sparks, Nv.  with a PO Box number.  I've been trying their phone number for two days now, and it is not working.  I was suppose to get my refund for the first debit on 6/29/2009 via "check", and the second is suppose to be refunded by 7/23/2009.  The two companies are Royal Membership 877-807-4702 www.royalcsteam.com and GrantPro Subscription, www.grantprocsr.com-this company they produced a check and signed my name using an actual signature & not a "preauthorized stamp" like Royal did.....
