I didn't give mu number to any companies... Why the Hell am I still receiving phone calls from this number? I answered once and there was no sound on the other side of the Phone. If they call you, they should at least have the decency to say something... Grrrrrrrr!

Yes, I'd like it to stop too. It said in the recording when I called back that it was beauty rock....and to be removed from their calling list press 1, didn't work cause I still got calls!

Wow, I really don't care about some poor soul paying their way through college by being a telemarketer.  How in the world is that my problem?  My phone is just that...my phone.  For my use.  I pay the bill for it, and it is for what I want it for.  I don't answer any call from a toll free number, but the odd time I let my guard down and pick up, I blast the person who can't get a real job.  I work shift work, and a lot of other people do too.  Just because it is 10:00 am, that doesn't mean everyone is awake.  No one in the history of mankind has ever taken a job as a telemarketer because it was her/his calling in life.  They take that job because they have failed at every real job out there.  

And yeah, Columbia House (if that's what this number is) just woke me up, and I am pissed because of it.

Yes - it is legit for Columbia House Canada.  You have either fulfilled your agreement and CHC wants you to sign up again for free DVD's or you have recently renewed and CHC sent an old database lol.  We did not leave messages.  They will call until there is a 90% or so penetration on the database and then you won't get a call until the next cycle.  It isn't a scam, the usual script was send 1 DVD and a catalogue for the other 4 for a penny, no payment information taken.   They called me too, today, I like to wait for them to stop for a breath and then keep going from the spot in the script where they stopped, from memory.  LOL.  As far as getting the call on a cell phone?  If you don't want to get calls on a cell, don't give your cell to a company, silly.  *rolls eyes*.  We aren't psychic, we can't know its a cell and we can only call the number Columbia House gives us.  So, instead of bitching at the nice person who may be paying their way through school with a crappy job or providing for their family (because the pay was very, very good) because they called you on you cell phone, if you don't want it called don't give out the number.  Problem solved.

I never answer to toll free numbers on my cell, I don't trust that, plus it takes all my minutes for nothing.

This is weird, and starting to bug me, as they call very often and at any hour!

This number has called me many times.  When I picked up the phone, noone has said anything from the other end.  How can we stop this type of call?

I received a call this morning from them while I was on another call. When I dialled back I got a voicemail message stating it was Beautyrock calling on behalf of a direct marketer?

They called me this morning, but there was no response.  Then they called again this evening and someone spoke this time.  Turns out it's Columbia House Canada.

got the same call i missed it but checked it up it looks like a scam
