In one day I have received 74 calls from this company. I couldn't believe who is sitting and dialing 74 times.  I was blocked from my phone the # a week ago due to harassing me. Still they are calling me even it is blocked. I called my phone provider and reported but the problem not solved. Help me.

Be polite, she is taking clients from telemarketing companies, that are inappropriately  issuing numbers with credit history attached.

Contact the Commission for Complaints for  Telemarketing Services in Canada...google it, and find out your rights, and  if necessary lodge a complaint against your phone provider.

You will have to first send a letter to your provider and give them 3 weeks to address your concerns, and respond to your letter. Ensure in your correspondence you include "I am requesting these calls cease and desist " . They MUST respond in writing as to what they will do to solve your problem. THEY attached the credit issue to your phone , it's up to them to resolve it ,or threaten litigation for harassment.

get calls 8-10 times a day from them and one of there other office numbers they called here looking for a different dyer and told them don't know them they just keep calling . i recommend doing what i am doing keep your cell records oif the call per day etc  and  i have contacted a legal attorney in vancouver b.c. and when i get 3 months worth of them he will launch a class action suit so feel free to have records of the calls have no reason for them to call you eg no debts in collection etc... and leave your info with me and the law firm may want to be in touch with you to add you to this class action suit

I just did a search of the Federal Corporate and Ontario Corporate registries. Collect Com Credit does not exist. So, if they provide this name, tell them they are committing fraud or mis-representation and in any event, you don't talk to scammers or criminals. And until they can give you a verifiable company name that can be researched and shown in good standing with the CRA, you refuse to talk to them.

Once you have the REAL name of the company, post it hear and I will track down their directors, phone numbers, home addresses, etc. and post them if possible.

If you want to stop these clowns, you have to become a thorn in their collective side and fight evil with a greater evil. Unfortunate, but neither paying them or blowing rose petals up their a***s isn't going to help.

keep getting harassment calls from this number. There is always a robotic voice on here asking me to call them back. I refuse to do this. They call all hours of the day and night 7 days a week.

Keeps on calling asking for an "Ashford Baker".  Calls all come from the same number, but the company looking for him varies.  I've left a message asking them to stop, but it didn't seem to do anything.

This number continuously calls me looking for a person I have no idea who it is! I have called them and told them 3 times that I am not the person they are looking for and I would appreciate it if they please stopped calling me! That hasnt worked they still call me at least once a day! I am getting very fed up!

The phone calls start at 8am and do not end until 10pm am going to have to change my number again!!   And am not the person they are looking for.

They already phoned my house  6 times today . 9:48,9:59,12:01,12:12,1:18,1:29 and its only 3pm. And I know i dont owe money.

Sounds like a message from a collector but my phone number must have belonged to someone who owed money before it was assigned to me.

Received many harassing calls from a very rude man (low voice). He also breaths heavily into the phone... no manners whatsoever!

They were collecting on a credit card bill that I had already paid 3 years ago. I faxed them proof and they claim that it doesn't matter b/c they have rights to the debt. This person threatened me with court and if I still didn't pay, I could go to jail.

called at 5:21, 5:22, 5:26 and 7:33pm on Oct 6, 2009...isn't this harrasment anybody know...i didn't answer but still 4 calls in on day is NOT right!!!!

I have this endlessly on my cell despite having repeatedly told people one the other end (after sitting on hold at my expense) that the person they are looking for is not at this number.  The *(&(#*& machine still keeps calling me.  I put in a complaint to my provider and they told me they will investigate.  Potentially they could block the number from our entire network.  

If you are having problems with these idiots I would stongly suggest you do the same.  Don't waste your time and money trying to talk to them!

bought a new cell phone now I'm getting calls from this number, the guy on the otehr end identified himself as "bob" and the company as "triple c"  I told him I had a new phone, the person they were looking for obviously gave up this number and I inherited their robo-calls..  he said he would have the number removed..
