I just called (877) 463-3032 (like 5 mins ago) after I googled " TWX Maxim."  I told the lady on the phone I did not want the subscription,  didn't authorize it, and it needed refunded.  Also requested an emailed subscription cancellation confirmation.  Hopefully it works out.

THEY DIDN'T CALL ME. I CALLED THEM. UNABLE TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTIONS TO A NUMBER OF MAGAZINES. THESE FREAKS HAVE AT LEAST THREE DIFFERENT NAMES & NUMBERS (SYNAPSE, MAGAZINE OUTLET, TWX). KEPT ON SAYING THEY HAD NONE OF MY INFORMATION AND NEEDED MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER. TOTAL SCAM. REFUSED TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTIONS. I did not get a call BUT can you imagine my surprise when 2 charges showed up on my credit card of $34.

I saw a charge for $34 on my bank account today. All it said was TWX*GoodHous so I googled that exact thing. Came to this page and I thank HEAVENS for all of you that had information. Because of you posting on here I was able to call the number press 1 say no like 5 times then cancel my subscription and I haven't even received one of these magazines in like 6 months. I got it cancelled and refunded. Thanks for the info everyone.

I tried calling this number but could not get a live person, when I dialed 0 and got someone live they hung up on me. I'm trying to either cancel this subscription to People espanol. I do not read Spanish.

And then after a while they will hang up on you. Agh.

Called this number to cancel my TIME magazine subscription, and went through the options. Said no to the first two offers, but didn't realize the third was an offer also! I checked on the magazine customer website and it had only cancelled FUTURE billings, so at least it won't be automatically renewed. However, I cannot find a way to cancel the subscription entirely. I called again, and they put me on hold, playing music as I waited with a voice reassuring that a person will come through after a while. After about six or seven minutes, it got quiet, no music or voice or anything.

You can also press "0" to go straight to the operator!

Got a  4 magazine subscriptions in the mail which are Maxim, This Old House, Ladies Home Journal and Travel and Leisure. Called the 877-813-0320 number that the lady at This Old House gave me. How do I reach a live operator for the 877 number?

I am now the possessor of an unsolicited subscription for National Geographic Magazine. When I finally got through to a real person (by using 800-586-7043 as suggested above) I was told that nothing could resolved because the computers were being updated. When I pressed for a time when my problem could be addressed I was told that the computers were down and the agent could not advise me as to when they might be back up. Is there nothing that we can do to stop this company that obviously thrives on fraud? NGS stated that the subscription came through a company called Symantic, though I am not certain of this spelling, and their phone number is 877-813-0320 .

I just called the 1-877-813-0320 and kept pressing 0 until I got a live person. After giving my Name and address and zip code, we found out my wife got a trial sub. to Good Housekeeping and People in Nov. 2009 from a store called Steinmart. We haven't received the Magazines for well over a year and suddenly they started charging us. My wife doesn't use Debit and doesn't  even get a pin number on her card. We were able to cancel it and get a refund. of the $60.98 charged to us on 3/14/2011 and $17.00 on 3/15/2011 total $76.98. We have a conformation number from them we will see if we actually get the refund. I am checking with my bank as to how they got her Credit Card number and were able to put a Debit charge on it.I hope this helps.

I called 877 813 0320 a to cancel all of the subscriptions and got a full refund for all of them as well.  

You have to press 1 to cancel, state the magazine, and press no for all their offers until they finally say sorry, cancel the subscriptions, and credit your account.

try calling this number 800-586-7043. once u dial the number don't talk or do anything through the whole auto service. Just stay quiet on the other line until they transfer u to someone who is a real person to talk to.

I found renewals for 4 magazines. This Old House, Maxim, Travel and Leisure and Ladies' Home Journal. I plan to sue.

I found unwanted credit card charges by TWX Magazine. This is the number that my bank gave me for this company.
