Got a charge on my credit card I didn't recognize
Waited on the phone for 45 minutes, automated response kept telling me I was "The 15th caller in line..." "14th caller in line.." 13th..etc etc
When I finally got to be the third caller in line the estimated wait time got larger and larger. I was the third caller in line for about 45 minutes alone before I googled the number and found numerous other reports of fraud.

I have no clue what this is for and it charged me 12.95 to my bank and I need to find out why and for what.

I also got stung.  Right after I hung up,  I get 2 charges of $4.95, and 2 chargers for 19.95.  I have a service with my credit card company that e-mails me whenever a charge was made without my credit card.  I caught the charges, called the credit card company, and deleted the charges from my account.  The credit card company cancelled the account and sent me a new  credit card.  When you're stung like that, call the credit card company asap.  Never use a debit card for over the phone transactions.

YES IM NOT SURE WHY OR WHAT OR EVEN WHO IS TAKEN 9.95 OUT OF MY BANK  BUT I NEVER SAID THAT THEY COULD  AND THEY HAVE TAKEN IT OUT 2 TIMES ALREADY AND BECAUSE OF THAT  MY BANK IS IN THE NEGATIVE

Call the number 1 877-813-1264 and listen to the automated phone options.  Press #2 to cancel, you might have to wait for a few minutes for the next person.  Once you do, BE NICE identify yourself, tell him or her what is it your calling for.  They will cancel if you tell them to.  Write down what day, time and who you talked to, if this continues, go to your bank and they will get you a new card/account number.

Call the number and press 2 ask them when this acount was done and check ur transactions to see how many times they dipped n2 ur account and tell the u want ur money refunded...or if u feel u never signed up call the fraud number for ur bank account

Just call and i think u press 2 and then tell them u want ur accounts to be cancelled an u want ur money refunded....if u feel like u never signed up jus call the fraud ppl for ur bank account

So i thought i was calln my bank and i must of press a wrong number then i got them talkn bout the 100 gift card so im like oh my bank is offering giftcards so i did it. Then i got the paper an notice itwasnt from my bank so i called an cancelled rite away an didnt use the gift card so they told me everything was cancelled  so i was like ok...so i went to buy something the othe day and i culdnt cuz my account was overdrawn so i go to check whats going on and i see the 19.95 of my card then i got to check my history an found out they been dipn out my account way more than once. Oh i called up there an was like i need to speak to a manager their like they cant do that an blah blah but i was like i need my call record of me cancelling this before they wasnt tryna do anything so i said now if i were to threaten u guys yall wuld have those phone records pulled back asap ....but anyways they said they can only refund 3mths worth back soi told them i want all my money back so they refunded me what they were allowed to and wrote sum1 that im waitn for to give me a call soon...cuz i told them this will go as far as i need to vring it to get my money back.....

I recommend filing a fraud dispute with your bank or CC holder and also filing reports with the FTC & CFB..

My name is Wayne Bragg.  I have some charges to my bank account with this number 19.95 for tech support, 19.95 for ID protect, 4.95 for autoclub and 4.95 for savings club.  I do not know what these charges are for

When I dialed what I thought was customer service for an Emerson tablet, I reached some company that is now fraudulently accessing my bank account.  In a 24 hour period, they have charged $4.95, $19.95, and $5.69 after I told them I did not want to sign up or pay for anything that was related to any subscription.

Man called and said I won $100 gift card for Walmart. I never signed up for anything!!!  He also wanted my bank card number.

So I recently had this same issue..yes, they got me too. Unfortunately for me, the full number did not pop up on my bank account, so I had to do some research. Thanks to this website, i found the full number and contacted them. It was actually fairly easy though. I told them I did not authorize any of these charges from an "auto club" and want the money back. Hopefully, the rest of the process will be easy!

ITS A SCAM BEWARE THEY TOOK $ 19.95 x4

I was charged $12.95, 3/28/14,  no authorization made,  my bank has been notified,  card cancelled,  this put me in red balance, and possible overdraft charges pending.

Gift card for 19.95

I called Metlife insurance company at their toll free number and got these clowns with a $100 free Walmart and a $25 dining gift card.  All for a shipping fee of 4.95.  I figured that since it was from Metlife it must be okay.  Dude from India kept jabbering in an accent so thick I couldn't understand him.  I kept asking him for the terms of it and he wouldn't give them to me just the benefits.  Told him I didn't agree to it and wanted to cancel it.  He started jabbering and jabbering in a thicker illegible accent about something and then 19.95.  I told him no and then no Phucken way repeatedly.  While on the phone with him I called the toll free number for metlife 1-800-638-5000 from a different phone and  got this same  message for the $100 Walmart gift card.  I called my credit card and they already had the charges marked with a fraud alert.  The scammers already charged me 4.95 for "Shopping discount Club" and 19.95 for "Tech Support" even though I said "NO".  Had my credit card cancelled and a new one issued.
