This place calls themselves the "Grant finders" and liberally charges $38.84 on your credit card. I have spoken with three individuals there that have cut my call in the middle of the conversation when I ask to speak to a manager or supervisor. It took three calls to them in order to receive a cancellation number, and I am still not certain that it was canceled!!

this number is associated with some fraudulent credit card charges that showed up 3 straight months for 38.84 each time...coincidence? I think not....

The same basic thing happened to me.  But it was by a different name:  9 Member Support.  I was charged $24.95 on a visa debit card.  Thanks for what has been shared so far; I'll now take the necesary steps to get it cleared.

We have this same issue now with charges on a citi card. Are the rest of you dealing with citicard by chance, or various types?  wondering if there is a connection there. We aren't calling the company number, just disputing with citicard who closed it for us and are sending papers we need to fill out and return.   We have both Adword-Search and GrantFinder and Blazingwords and I-planfinances all on it. None are authorized.

Amazing, I found the link to a website that says Work for Google, earn $300/day via a Facebook ad. Out of curiosity, I went to the website where once I started to exit, got a popup with a message not to leave and they gave me the number above to call lol.
I immediately told them they were a scam and of course they replied they were not, until I gave them the link to these posts

Do Not Call THE MERCHANT, I just read up on this scam and found out that when you call them, they save the data and use it as proof that you have called them to sign up for their product when in reality you were calling to dispute the charges. Again, just call your credit card company!!!

Yea, I didn't bother trying to talk to those idiots, they are obviously not honest or truthful ppl to begin with. Just have your credit card company or even the police deal with them.

yeah had the same thing happen 24.87 charged from Grant Find and I called three times the first time I was hung up on and then the second time the lady said she canceled it and I told her I needed to speak to her supervisor and she hung up on me and I called back and this guy said that he now needed my card number to lookup my account as well as my email. Funny thing is I asked what IP address this order origianted from and they gave me one that doesnt match my router internet provider or even my computers. Did cancel it though, and told them I was filing a fruad report and they "ADVISED ME" not to do so because it would slow down the process of the refund. Wow they must think all people are idiots.

What is with this company.  I have the same exact thing happen to me.  Apparently it is worthless trying to call them.  Right now I have to fill out paperwork for a dispute.

Flora, call your credit card company ASAP and tell them that u did not authorize that transaction and you want to dispute it. They are then going to send you paper work to sign. They will dispute it with the merchant: Grant Finder and you will not have to pay for that transaction. Then tell the credit card company that you want to change your account info because these ppl obviously have it and can use it again. Look at your statement carefully and make sure all transactions look familiar. I was charged twice, first by Blazingwords and then by Grant finders. Neither was authorized.

Luckly it was my credit card and not my ATM so I dont have to pay for these transactions and the credit card company is going to take care of it. I have not been getting calls from them but if you have and if you have Verizon Wireless, Verizon will block up to 5 phone #'s for free. This is the second time something like this has happened to me and it is soo frustrating spending my time getting this straightened out!!!

I was billed 72.21 Merchant: BLAZINGWORDS 866-200-5186 CYP (Cypress) and then again a month later 38.34 Merchant: GRANT FINDER 877-817-9769 CYP. Both transactions did not look familiar so I called both numbers and interestingly both #'s had the exact same answering machine that at the end just hung up on me. Then I went online to look up these merchants and I found these complaint posts. I got pissed and called my credit card company to dispute the charges and change my account info. I once signed up for this easy google profit thing online and I am sure this is where they got my info from (yea, easy profit for them!!). Pls see link.

They charged my visa as well for 38.84 and when I called them they said that I signed up for this but they can't provide proof.  I got this address for anyone who needs it.  I'm sending them a certified letter from my lawyer.  They said it is "Grant Masters" whatever that is???  the address is:  560 South State St., Suite G2, Orem UT 84058.  Not sure if they were lying to me (probably) but I'm getting my money back!

"Grant Finder" charged my Visa card with $38.34.  When I called to find out who they were and why they charged my account the lady asked me to give her my credit card number so she could 'look up the charges'.  When I told her she was nuts if she thought I was going to give her my credit card # she said she could not help me unless I gave her the credit card number or sent her a copy of the bank charges.  I'm filing a fraud report with the bank and police report.

This number showed up on a mysterious charge on my bank account as well. When I called, they asked me to fax them a copy of my bank account to prove that I was charged. I basically told them that I am in the process of changing all of my account information thanks to them and will not be sending such information. He then tried to guilt me into sending it stating that it would be the only way to get rid of the charge. After that, he tried to sell me some credit protection program. What?! I called again just to ask what they do "customer service" for and the lady cut me off stating that they are very busy and would need my phone number to proceed with the call. I asked again and she said that they were a third party customer service company representing many companies. This is scary. I'm just working with my bank now, but the charge is still "pending" and they can't do much 'til it goes through.
