I sick of you calling and making false reports on criminal charges..Hello this is illegal and I hope you get shut down for it. A debt is not a criminal offense if anything if you are licensed or bonded you can have a civil suit, but since you failed to obtain the correct bond or license you can not take anyone to court nor can you even collect on this debt. They can not even give an address to validate a debt they will not admit they are a debt collector they try to tell you they are a processing firm and they will serve you on your charges. Its all a lie they aren't even licensed to collect on debts they bought your file pennies on the dollar and probably out of statue of limitations anyway. They helped me resolve an old issue that was bothering me anyway.  I thought they were very fair.

Sounds to me like you're a shill.  No one on this thread is saying they even owe a debt and yet you somehow know that they do?  Prove it - just like the callers should prove it - in writing via USPS mail.

BTW, scammers and shady debt collectors who leave threatening messages like this are subject to legal action under federal law - their illegal actions DO come back to bite them in the a**!

Sounds to me like you folks dont like to pay your debt... this is what happens when you ignore an issue and expect it not to come back and bite you in the a**!

They are also calling from a number to make it look like a local process server is coming for you, when you call the number back it is not listed. This is a scam for sure.

Company named Accurate buy junk debt and threaten a lawsuit against you claiming federal and fraud charges for old payday loans. Do not fall for this record everything and fight back. They are liars and scam artist they will say they are not a debt collector but a processing group, they bought this debt they now own it. They must be a new company pulling this scam there is no information to be found nor will they give you information.
