I just block this number 877-820-0329. They call and they do not leave a message. So why let them get through. I wish they would stop calling.

They are a cash advance company that works from an Indian reservation.  Theoretically, as such, they can continue to pursue loans forever, with no maximum statute of limitations, as they have their own rules.  I do not know if this is fully true, just what I have gleaned.  They charge an extraordinary amount of interest, charged as a fee to get around the legal usary rates in each state. The fee is based on the dollar range you borrowed in.   If you borrow $300 and make the standard payments, you have paid 3 times the loan amount already.  My brother got a loan with them a while back and I learned this while trying to help him out.  

These people have been calling me for days. When I don't answer they do not leave a message. If someone in the house answers they tell them that they are calling about a personal business matter, that tells me that they are probably a collection agency or scammers. I am so tired of not being able to answer my phone, if it is a number that I don't know then I don't answer for fear that it is these same people. I have called the AG and they suggest changing my number, but that costs money that I can't afford.

They have been calling me for about a year now and I never answer their calls. Now they are calling my work number and cannot get rid of them.  Somebody needs to do something. This is going on way too long for them to get away with it.

They call me all the time from other number's...I've blocked each number and when I do they come up with another number. Every once in a while I'll get an automated voicemail from them but I don't call back because I'm not forking out my hard earned money to scammer's!!!

Have received calls from this number with no voicemails and will not answer the number again have contacted the state AG

I got a call from this number and theever left any messages. So i decided to answer the phone call from this number, the voice said an first name that i didnt understand and then said the last name. An recording came on stating we have left many messages on your phone its important that you or your representative call us. First of all i never got any messages and what makes whoever it is think they have the right person. The next time a representative can be the law office to sue

They call me all the time and I have never done any business with that type of company.  They always call and never leave a message just hang up and call every couple of hours during the daytime all the way up to bedtime.

First of all, get caller ID. Second, report them to your state AG. the thing is, they probably collected double the loan amount in interest only payments, so you paid off the loan twice already....your state may have laws on interest amounts they can legally charge. some may have laws about lending from out of state, AND- laws about calling you from out of state. find out. go to your states legislative website and look up collection agency laws.
Lastly, go to your bank and close your account and open a new account.

Recieved a call a recording stated a tax refund was due to me and would be credited to my account once my credentils were varified. I did not call back.

This company identifed themselves as U.S. fast cash.
They called my job, stating: "I had taken out a loan last year on July 5, 2011.Wow, first of all...I've never heard of them, Secondly, I was out of the state with an elderly father during the time they claimed, third, The woman had the nerve to say, "If you didn't take the loan out, why didn't you report it to the police"
I would if I had know about any of this at all. I had no clue what the woman was talking about......They are crazy!!!

Calls multiple times, never leaves a message. Called me this morning at 7am.

I called this number dead silence for 15 seconds then a man answered and said Pete Lucas may I help you. Did not give the name of the collection agency which tells me right here that this is not legit.

I get a call everyday on my cell, I never answer, they never leave a message.

any ideas who this is??? just received call, no voicemail left
