Received 3 computer calls from this number over Thanksgiving weekend. I didn't call back after reading the comments. My wife does have a TJ Maxx credit card and almost made the call. 2015 and they are up to the same scam.

I called back, they kept insisting on my account # or social sec. #. I NEVER had an account with them- and I made that VERY clear, yet they asked for the account# again. When the moron could not get that information then he asked for my phone# and when I provided the # I was told it was not in the system! HOW THE FU&% can you call me but not have the number in the system? This is scam, please be careful and DO NOT provide your social sec. #. I wish something could be done about creeps like these.

They called me this morning (a Saturday) at a.m. Said they were from TJ Maxx. I tried calling the TJX companies as well as the credit section to place a complaint and of course they were all closed. If this number really is connected to TJ Maxx it's ridiculous that they can harass customers on a Saturday morning at 8 but they are closed!

Receiving a call each and every day from 877-822-2014.  It's a computer call regarding TJX Rewards.  I looked that up and I've never even entered a TJ Max nor a Marshall's to shop for anything.  Go figure.  I'm sick of this.  What can be done to get off this list their calling.

877-833-2014 claims to be TJ X BUT ITS NOT.  I CONFIRMED WITH TJX'S FRAUD DEPT

identity theft!  they ask for Social Security # DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM

e mail from them at my email address but addressed to someone else.  I do not have a TJMaxx card or account.  What bothered me most was that it was addressed in the letter body to someone I do not know but correctly sent to my e mail address.  No way to call them to get it straightened out if someone else has hacked my ID

I recieved a call from this number saying it was from tjmax, even though i told them i has made my payment already and that it wasnt even due them insisted that i had to make a payment. I had to hang up because I was already feeling harassed .  

DO not give ANY personal information to callers from this number.  They say they represent TJX and Banana Republic through GE Capital Retail Bank....If you have a BR Visa...you will note their credit cards are managed by GE Capital Retail Bank.  Advise to you: Cancel the Visa account asap.

I get call from this number at all time on all our phone numbers.

Received telemarketer call disguised as credit card service. Almost convinced me to charge $900 on my card for their promise to reduce credit card rates. When I realized they weren't my credit card company I refused their offer and the agent began insisting I make the charge and guaranteed a refund if I wasn't happy. I again refused and he started his spill all over again. I finally hung up on him. Within 2 minutes I started getting calls from this number, which my answering machine took, but no one would leave a message.

Its a lie.  They are phishing for information

This number keeps calling me.  They claim they are a debt collection agency for tjx rewards.  I have already made the payment thru tjx website and they still call from this number.

This number 877-822-2014 keeps calling multiple times a day 7 days a week starting at 8 am and going into the evening. This is a business number they are calling. If we let it go to voicemail they leave no message; if we answer the phone they hang up. This has been gong on for weeks. I will be calling the phone company tomorrow to find out if there is anything we can do to stop these calls.

They are harrassing and annoying calls and VERY disruptive to our organization.

Quit calling and hanging up!!  If you want to call, then talk!!  In fact, quit wasting my time and your!

they start calling at 8:15a.m. even sat. and call 4-5 times a day with no message its very annoying. I too am ill and can't stand it,atleast leave a message so I know who is the pain in the *ss.

I called this number to stop the harrassing phone calls...hopefully they will comply

i got two sets of calls today from this number.  they called my house phone and hung up upon my answering, then they called my cell phone. when i answered, the guy kept saying it was a business call from tjx and insisted on speaking to me.  i told him to remove my name from his list because i don't take sales calls on the phone and said good by.  i looked online and saw tjx is the same as tj maxx.  when i got the second set of calls, which i did not answer, i called tjmaxx directly, and they said i received the call because a 24 dollar payment was due about three weeks ago.  my husband pays the bills, we are always on time, so this was just an oversight on our part.  they looked at my good payment history and politely offered to remove the 11.50 late charge and told me how to pay the balance online so i wouldn't receive the calls anymore.  so this is annoying but real.  i'm amazed that they bother to call about such a small balance for which they collect fees anyway.  the tj maxx person said they were concerned and called because they don't want it hurting my credit.   the way to fix it is to check with them on outstanding balances and pay the bill.  if you don't trust the calls from them or you get hung up on like i did, call the 1-800 listed online for the tj maxx credit card to find out your balance, explain your situation and pay if necessary.

If by chance any of you have Androids you can download Mr. Number and add this number to your pick up/ hang up list and you will never know they are calling you will just see them in your call list. They cannot leave messages etc. Hope this helps!

My girlfriend has received 5 calls - just today - from this number. Her TJX Rewards bill isn't due for another week, but they are already charging her the $35 late fee and calling incessantly and never leave a message. I got tired of her phone ringing constantly so I answered. They told me they could not discuss the details with anyone other than her, I told them she was my wife and I got all the details - no account security verification at all whatsoever. I HIGHLY recommend NOT doing business with this company - EVER! They have poor security practices, bad accounting practices, and that's just what we're aware of - what else is going on? Are they selling our information to third parties?

By the way, I've been inspired to really research this to find out more - I may even start blogging about my findings... Stay tuned.
