I have been getting calls from these idiots for months. Sometimes I answer, sometimes I hold down the # button (doesn't work), sometimes I just ignore them and let it go to voicemail (they don't leave a message) or I decide that for some yuks I'll answer (I have no debts, never had). Today I went ahead and answered because they called the 3rd time in as many hours. AGAIN the woman said that someone named "Ronny Reed" had given my name as an emergency contact. I've never known anyone with even a remotely similar name. Once again, I told her this and once again she said she was sorry to bother me and would remove my name from the calling list. I told her that she has told me the same thing for several months and that if I get any further calls from them I will file criminal charges against her and the entire company. Again she apologized and said she would remove my name and number from their calling list and I would not be bothered by them again. So let's see if she was, once again, lying.

keeps calling me in regarding to my 'brothers legal matter'.  For one he doesn't have any and how did they get my number?  They are offering a settlement with possible additional discounts - really were we born yesterday.

Credit Smart is calling my brother's son's xwife Kellee MONTMENY,  Kellee has been divorced from  my son a least 10 years now.  Kellee Is a single mother raising 2 children.  Leave her alone.  My brother says he will hurry up and file for bankrupsy.  Even though he would like to get work and make a settlement.  He has been sick for 12 YEARS and still hopes to get better and find work.  I think he's had it - but you never know.

Calle me saying I owe ex amount of dollars at 33 percent of original bill. I was given another number 866-509-3202 and ask for Steve Allen with some kind of money. A friend of mine tole me to check out this number. Glad I did.

I just got the same phone call for each of the last two days with the same number, and one other time about a month ago.  The details on these two calls are the same (33% program), only I received them later in the day.  There needs to be a national police effort to trace this call to the caller and start filing charges.  For us it's just an annoyance, but some people might have gotten ripped off big time on this.

I just received a call from the (631-247-9920) number and they left a message for my ex-fiance who has never lived with me or shared a phone number with me.  Interesting.  I am going to pursue this since there are so many others who are having the same problem.  

I am not willing to give up that easy.  I am going to let them know that these types of phone calls, with children in the house are harrassing and disturbing.  If they don't want to deal with the FCC, they will comply I'm sure.

I got several calls from these people (631-247-9920) and was "congratulated on being selected gorvernment program to pay off me debt at a 33% and remove it from mt credit report." These calls came in at 7:55am and then imediately again at 8:00am. Since I don't have any debt except for a house payment and nothing showing on my credit report, I knew this was a scam so I ignored it untill I got sick of being woke up in the morning. I called them at the number they left (877-822-5296) and told them to remove me form the list or I was going to sue them for harrassing phone calls at inappropriate times. The lady said they would. Then 2 days later, I got a call from my ex husband of 15 years ago that said these people called him saying I listed him as an emergency contact (no way in #$%& I wouldv'e done that!) and that to keep from getting a supeona I need to call (877-822-5296) and ask for John Stevens immediateley before 8pm.

I get at least one of these calls per day for someone who I don't even know. I called the originating number (1-631-247-9920) and asked to be removed from the calling list. The person who answered (very polite and professional) said she had removed us from the list. I'll see if this takes care of the issue.

These people have been call me for over a week, I just hang up but now it is tooooooo much.
I finally called them back to tell them I was not JOHN GEORGE.
He would not give me his company's name. I thought they had to-- isn't that illegal?

Not sure why they're calling...they say they're debt relief; I'm thinking a junk debt collector.

They are bill collectors.  A former friend of mine put me down as a reference and the B*****DS called me on my cell and home at 8:15 am.  I have told them to remove me and the will not.  TIME TO TURN IT OVER TO MY ATTORNEY.

This number has been calling my brothers phone and leaving a message for me. We live in different areas and have not co-signed anything with either phone number so it looks suspicious that they would have his name and my number. The caller (robo call) mentions that it is about some kind of tax relief and leaves this number (1-877-822-5296) to call back.

Got two of these calls today, one at 3:26 p.m.  and another one at 3:32 p.m.  The return number they ask you to call of 877-822-5296 is not the number they are calling from.  It is a debt collector, calling from 631-247-9920.  Bought myself a nice big, loud whistle.  Ready for the next call!

Got a robo call from these folks at 5:30 am PT.  Yes, 5:30.  B*****ds.  Woke us straight up and could not go back to sleep.  The voicemail said we were pre-approved for tax preparation services program and we should call back at (877) 822-5296.

I laid there wide awake stewing at what types of rude ignoramouses would be calling at such an hour.  I wished I had written down the phone number to report them.  Then the unthinkable happened - about 2 minutes after the first call the phone rang AGAIN.

This time I hopped up, waited for the robo lady to leave her nice voicemail, jotted down the number and then called them.  After a few rings a man answered and I asked who I was speaking with - he identified himself as "John Stevenson".  Then I asked John if he knew what the %#@$% time it was in California.  This certainly took him aback - he said that there was no way they would be calling at that time of day.  I insisted that they had indeed called - not once but twice and I had the voicemails to prove it.

John immediately asked for the phone number in question and promised to delete it from their calling list.  I thanked him and hung up, although getting back to sleep was another thing.

Freaking b*****ds!
