Yet another scam number using Aloha Pacific as the supposed source.

I received the same text msg on my AT&T phone about "unusual activity" from Aloha Pacific.

just receive this text and its a scam.... never answer....

From "3653" I received a text that reads:
ALOHAPACIFIC@atmail16.tmomail.net. / / ALOHA PACIFIC NOTICE. Unusual activity - Call now at 1-(877)823-5474

I called the 1877 number and got an automated recording requesting my credit card number followed by the # key. I tried 0 to get an operator.  I tried # without a number and the recording just kept droning on.  After unsuccessfully getting a human voice to speak with I hung up.

I received a text msg from ALOHA PACIFIC and like a coment stated earlier I tried to call the 187 numbr and got an automated voice that wanted my 16 digit card number.  I didn't and won't provide any information.  How do you kick these guys in the butt???

Got the same test on my AT&T pay as you go phone.  Originating number was 1-010-100-001. Same caller/company: Aloha Pacific.

apparently the bank is question is having some issues w/ID theft/Phishing SMS.
from their website: "We?ve recently noticed an increase in text message fraud using our name. Remember, we NEVER ask for personal, account or card information by phone, internet or other electronic device. Only use our official phone numbers and website (www.kalanet.com). If you did provide sensitive information, please contact us immediately and we will take additional steps to prevent unauthorized access."
