A Bank One number 877-825-3242 along with 2 other numbers has been calling saying that I'm behind on my payment.  I told the guy who was from Africa or someplace that I had already sent my payment but he was insisting that I make another $25.00 to save money.  He ask my address and I told him "you already have it"  He said how do we have it if you won't tell us where you live.  He wanted my acct. number but I didn't give him any information at all.  He calls at least 15 times a day.  I'm 75 yrs old and know they like to scam people.  Can you please do something about this?  Thank you so much.

These people are trying to get your Bank Acct. number, They are not who they say they are.  I receive 15 calls a day even tho I have paid my bill.  I just blocked their numbers so that they can't call this phone anymore.  They need to be reported.

Harrasing phone calls at least ten times a day even after I caught my bill up and owe for next month. Call every day even on Sundays.  Can;t even have my cell phone on at all.  They are rude when I answer and even have people call me from their own private numbers to try to collect.

Credit one calls me 10 times a day!  I even caught my bill completley up and they continue to call and ask for the next payment not even due yet!  Don't use them!

I keep getting this call several times a day and even at 3am this morning. The caller ID says US Government. This is a new Sim card that I got a couple weeks ago and don't have anything to do with this credit company.

This is what to say after you say hello and when they say hello:

"THIS IS THE PART OF THE CALL WHERE YOU TELL ME YOUR NAME AND YOUR COMPANY NAME AND WHO YOU WANT TO SPEAK WITH, IF YOU DONT DO THAT NOW I WILL HANG UP."

If they dont comply,HANG UP.
If they do, you may tell them : "YOU HAVE A WRONG NUMBER". Then hang up.

They call me countless times from an unavailable number then try and get sneaky by calling with a 313-444-2907 number which is located in Michigan and I assume they think since it is local I will answer. NOT!!! The few times I did answer to tell them to stop calling after reading these posts they do not say anything at all and hang up. Really!?! Good luck everyone!

I received a phone call on my cell phone # but it was not this # it was from another #. The person said they wanted to help me activate a credit card  which i did not apply for  and then they gave me 877-825-3242 for their customer service.  so I called the number and the guy wanted me to give him my SS# date of birth and mailing number. If I had applied for the card they should have all that on file. So they said they had deactivated the card and that I can call back tomorrow to make sure it was done.

I have gotten calls from this number and I have never had any card with them.  If your phone or cell phone has the capability- go to the website of your carrier and use the call block feature. They will not even be able to complete the call, they will not be able to leave a message. If they are calling you at work; tell them to stop immediately and report them on the do not call registry website. Tell them you are doing this.

i keep getting a call from them 3-6 times a day and i do not have account with them they need to be turned into the utlity company for fraud and harrassment charges the last call came from manilla phillipines told them to not call but here we go again today 3 3 2012

They call every 15 mins in the AM and the same in the PM.

just got a new cell phone with a new (or recycled) phone number on Wednesday and now on Thursday I've had 4 calls from this number (877-825-3242) Not happy about this!  thanks to this site I know what the number is.

David- If they have a judgement against you, it would show up with your local court. Contact the court and ask if there are any showing against you.

I had a credit card with them years ago. According to my free credit report, it was charged off. Now this company keeps calling. It is also past the statue of limitations. I'm 67 and below the poverty level but they said they got a judgement against me. They want to take me car.

This number has been calling me 4-5 times a day for the past several weeks. There's no one at the other end. Because the number shows up in caller ID, I cannot block it, according to the phone company. I do not have a credit card with this company.

I just got a new phone and keep getting calls from this number asking for a Nancy Stevens.  I tell them that she no longer has this number, but they keep calling back multiple times a day asking for her.

They refuse to let me speak to a manager when I ask and there is no way to get my number out of their system.  It's infuriating.

Be careful I believe these are people who are calling to get your information and charge you for fake bills.  An example is that I never had a Credit One Card but they keep calling I called in told them I do not own one checked with the Bank and they agree the Fraudulent account has been closed since April 2008.  So they are seeing who falls into paying them money

This number calls me at least 5-6 times a day! When the phone calls first started, they were EVERY SINGLE HOUR, starting at 8am and ending like at 9pm, even on Saturdays and Sundays! I have an account with them and always pay on time and in full, so I do not know what they want. They dont even leave a message. I just sent them a letter asking them to stop calling me, and that if I do owe them money, to simply send me a bill (I know I dont owe them anything, I pay my balances in full every month).

They are so annoying!!!!! Yesterday, I picked up one of their many daily calls, and told the person that Im not interested in what theyre selling and hung up. Guess what? I got another call about an  hour later! I picked it up and hung up without saying anything...same thing this morning. These people need to be stopped!

called me 8 times today it is only noon..i want to fight..i finally got trhough their stupid crappy automated system and spoke with someone who coulnt speak any english. i told them to put me on their do not call list and what do you know 15 minutes later i get a call from them.

I have a credit one card that i have never had more then a 250 balance on. i make on time payments and always way over minimum due. they call me at 7:30 every day. I have since cancelled the card and paid the balance in full. I still get daily phone calls. It has been 3 months since i cancelled the card.

These people call me an average of 20 calls per day and leave voice mails every time but say nothing.  They even call on Sundays.  i've decided tomorrow I'm changing my phone number.  It is sad that these people get away with this and it seems there is nothing we can do to stop them!
