I got a message from 877 827 3860 -- from the law offices of Kerrick and Conrad.  The message didn't indicate why the call was made.

If people did not have the money when the debt went bad, what makes them think they have it now.

The problem is it is not like new companies opening up and working the phones, but instead these debts go to scum bags who keep changing their business names and numbers.

Received a call from 877-827-3860..Law office of Kerrick and Conrad.  When speaking to them they could not find my name or number in their system.  Something is serious wrong here.

This is a collection agency based in Los Angeles, California named The Law Offices of Carrick & Conrad.

A collector named Raphael Garcia called from 734-513-5175 (Michigan number) asking to call back at 877-827-3860.

I believe they have other callers based around the country as well but the main "Law Office" is located in California.

"Pay Your Bills" What a ridiculous way to collect on accounts; I have been in collections for over 10 years and have never had to resort to leaving threatening phone calls. This apparent 'Law Office' is doing it all wrong.

Everyone; Check your state laws regarding harrasing collection calls. Remember in some states cannot call you at certain time, and can not say certain things if you decide to answer.
