Laura,
The actual phone number that you received a call from is 877 8 1 3 0001. It is IMPOSSIBLE to recieve a phone call from 877 831 0001 as this is the digital receptionist line that can only receive but not send phone calls. Is is the main corporate office line for my Microsoft Technology Consulting firm RazorEdge Consulting, Inc. of which I am the CEO & President.
This 877 813 0001 number is some sort of magazine subscription service line that has NO affiliation whatsoever with RazorEdge Consulting, Inc. based in Boston. We serve fortune 500 clients for firms like Microsoft and Accenture and cannot have this negative impact on our company brand. Call for yourself if you feel I am mistaken.
This is happening because people like yourself who are receiving some sort of invoice for magazine subscriptions are transposing the digits 813 and instead dialing 831 which is the reason they end up calling our corporate office line.
Please remove this post IMMEDIATELY as the negative impact to my company's business is becoming severe. We have received countless requests from people who say they found our information on this website and believe that my company has something to do with this mailorder scam.
I can be reached at the contact information below to discuss:
