Got the same message but when I called back trough my voice mail it took me to the Federal Trade Commission. The number was 877-382-4357.

I received the call also. The website www.ftcrefund.com says it's underconstruction. Kinda dumb to send people to a website that isn't even working. The number that called me had two numbers flipped it was 877-382-4357. Thanks for the warning

Got this automated call from"ftcrefund.com". Instructions were to go to website and enter a claim number. It's a Phishing scam. Asking for you to provide you checking account number to get a $400 refund. You can enter any claim number in the claim ID box. Test with "1234"
