I received a call from a guy named Dan Richardson with a heavy Indian accent.  He refused to give information about the loan.  He then stated it was from 2010.  Never had a loan in 2010.  I googled the number and found it was a scam.  I proceeded to call them back and harrass them from my job.  They stopped answering my calls from my job.  So......i started calling them from my home and cell phone.  I wanted to let them know what it felt like to be harrassed at the job.  I know he wished he had never dialed my number.  This is a great way to relieve stress!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Indian Accented/Foreign Guy called me saying I owe him 7,000$ in loans and if I don't pay him back he will send me to jail and sew me. What do I do? he left a message saying his name was mike. I live in vermont and he knew my social security number and my date of birth. What do I do?

It seems to me ( and I could be wrong) is that everyone that they are calling lives in the Pennsylvania area. My apologies if not. Apparently someone sold a lead list to the wrong company.Just block your number

This company just called me saying I owe them 5,000$ and they are ready to take me to court. They have all my personal info but when I try to get any info on who or what they are about they are rude and hang up on me. They won't even give me a company name or address, honestly I need to know who to report this too.

Are they allowed to go to the workplace? I guess they're saying that they are going there tomorrow...
I'm in New Mexico how can that be? They are rude and you can't understand them for nothing. I called the company they "represent" and I'm in gold standing with them, how these fakes got my info, I have no clue but it's scary! They need to stop calling me, it's annoying.

Yeah they keep blowing my cell phone up, and then keep calling me at work. Then somehow...they disguise their number as a local number in my area and blow my phone up again. this is ridiculous

I'm receiving calls from 877-832-5212 and they are saying that I or my attorney need to call and I should not ignore this message, blah, blah, blah, when i tried to called back it would pickup up and immediately hang up.  I finally got someone and they wanted to known my acct number and I told them that I didn't even know why they were calling me.  I kept asking who they were and they hung up on  me.  I believe they are scammers.  The person only identified himself as Dan Richards.  They are calling my cell phone.

Thereis no "Investigations Bureau", so don't worry.  If he's asking for your SSN, tell him to go jump off a cliff.  If there were a legitimate bill, he's already got it, because no one is going to loan/give money away these days without that info.  Get a whistle and give him a toot; just warn any co-workers or family members first.  Should only take once.

I received a call from this number as well. As everyone has stated, it was a guy with a very heavy foreign accent and he said his name was Nathan Jones.  He left a message stating he was calling from "the legal department" and if I didn't return his call they would come to my home, send someone to my job to ask my supervisor questions about me, etc.  These people must be stopped!

One doesn't get "criminally charged" unless one has committed a crime.  So, even if you owe someone money, you can't be "criminally charged."  My suggestion is a metal whistle or air horn.  The minute you know it's them, give 'em a blast and hang up.  Should only take once.

I received a call from an investigator saying he was calling from a law firm and to call this number. Once I called I spoke to a daniel page with a very heavy accent and very rude. He told me they were united loans when I thought it was supossed to be a law firm. He said that If i did not pay them $700 that they were going to file a judgement againts me and look for me at home / work. I asked him the name of the company that claims I received a loan he said he could not provide that info that they go under a ot of names. I have been in collections before and have never been denied any back up or information regarding the amount owed. Nevertheless a total scam because he said if I could not they would take me to court. So I said if I dont know what I owe I cant just pay them he got mad and hung up. Total a-hole. I put a block on my cell phone but I do know they have my ss number and address not sure how they got this info but its pretty scarry.

They have called and left me THREATENING phone calls on my voice mail!!!!! When i called back to find out who they were they claimed they are apart of the Pennsylvania court system, and gave me a badge number. They wanted me to send my photo ID, a photo of my debit card, and were threatening that the consequences of not calling them would be most foolish.

They want me to fax a copy of my photo ID, a photo copy of my Mastercard, and a letter stating proof of payment that I will NOT distpure them for it.

Is there anyone I can call about this?

Called my work phone when I was off work and got my boss.  speaking in a heavy Indian accent, speaking very fast trying to intimidate her into giving out my home and/or cell phone.  said he was with "investigative Bureau" and needed to talk to me ASAP since I had not returned his messages.  Truly had not since I had no messages from him. My boss refused to give out my info. instead she noted the caller ID number 213 271 2056 and the # he said I needed to call him is the 877 number.  He said his name is Nick Anderson

This person by the name of George keeps calling and claims he is from the Investigations Bureau, he was demanding my social security number in a threatening manner. He has continiously called and harassed me and other people at my work, he hangs up and calls back immediately.

These people called me.They are traced to India and are a SCAM.  I have reported them to everyone plus put a fraud alert on my Credit report.They have my BD SSN and Drivers License. Scarry to think that they can intimidate people to this point. I had a friend call as my lawyer.  That stopped their investigation.

Received a call from this number at work.  I could NOT even understand this person.  This is definetely a scam. Several months ago they tried the same tactic. They try and scare people into paying a loan they never even received.  Very frustrating!

We are a place of business and keep getting phone calls from this same phone # asking for one of our employees. When I called back they said the where Maurice law firm. I told them to take our phone # off their list. The guy would not give me his name and he had a foreign accent. Can everyone say SCAM!!

THIS IS A PAYDAY LOAN SCAM THEY HAVE BEEN GOING FROM NUMBER TO NUMBER THEY HAVE CALLED SAYING THEY ARE CALLING FROM A COURT HOUSE IN FLORIDA, LAST NIGHT IT WAS A NUMBER FROM BALTIMORE, MD TODAY I BLOCK THE NUMBER AND THEY JUST KEEP CALLING THEY CALLED ME AFTER 9PM LAST NIGHT, IT THIS IS A REAL CREDITOR THEY WOULD HAVE SENT ME A NOTICE IN THE MAIL, LAST WEEK THEY CALLED ME FROM INDIA THESE PEOPLE ARE STEALING YOUR INFORMATION OFF THE INTERNET AND USING IT TO EXTORT MONEY FROM PEOPLE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS, WE GOT ONE CALL WHERE THEY GAVE ME MY HUSBAND SAYING THEY WERE FROM BLAIR I GIVE THEM MY FREE EMAIL ADDRESS THAT I DELETED 2 WEEKS LATER WAITING FOR THEM TO SEND ME THE INFORMATION, I CALLED BLAIR AND THE ACCOUNT HAD BEEN PAIDED OFF OVER 5 YEARS AGO WE NEVER ORDER ONLINE SO WE DON'T KNOW HOW THEY GOT THIS INFORMATION ALSO WE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THIS NUMBER WHEN HE HAD THE ACCOUNT. Guy with a foriegn accent called my work said he was Vince Taylor told one of my co workers that he needed to contact me,  said someone had accused me of some horrible crime. My co worker gave me this number so I called it, left a message for them to call me back, they did. HEAVY foriegn accent said he would get his supervisor to talk to me after I started asking questions.  Supervisor (Henry Scott)  got on the phone same voice same accent, saying I owed money for a pay day loan that I know I had paid off, stated I was committing fraud, that they had watched my bank account,  he had the name of my bank, also mentioned my sons name who btw is under age.  Scared the crap out of me, asked me if my local athorities had contacted me yet, said I would be arrested that he was surprised that I hadn't been contacted already.  Said he had contacted me through my email address 4 times (had my old email address that is no longer valid and hasn't been for months) ,  gave me an amount of 842 dollars that I Owed,  also stated that if I didn't call him by noon tomorrow it would cost me 5 thousand and some odd dollars for penalties and fees.  Told me to have my attorney contact him.  I knew they were CRAZY so I started doing some research Thank God !!!!  the initial calls that I ignored because I was at work were 000 numbers, I listened to one voice mail but could not understand them all I did understand was the word lawyer contact them and something about immigration or something.

They have been harrassing me at work calling me up to 50x a day.  I asked them for their phone number so I could have my lawyer call and its not even a valid number.  He said his name is Donald Griffin and he is very very rude and threatens to harrass me on a daily basis.

I have been dealing with these people for months, it stopped for awhile after a has a tom of people calling them non stop. i went to my local pd but was told they cant do anything because they are calling from india. i recomend giving them a taste of their own medicine it seemed to work for awhile, even the cops i talked to were calling them for me but they just cursed out the cops and hung up on htemk (so you know its a scam) DONT JUST SIT THERE AND TAKE IT! FIGHT BACK AND GIVE THEM A TASTE OF WHAT AMERICANS CAN DO!!!!!!!!!

I am getting these calls at work and on my cell daily for awhile and then they stop for a few weeks and start up again...ITS PISSING ME OFF!!! I have told them not to call me again but yet they keep doing it.  They told me that the only way i can find out any information is to have my attorney contact them BS i have been in the legal field for years and know that if someone has legal action against you-you have the right to find out about it and not have an attorney.  They have also been calling family and friends threatening to throw me in jail...THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!

Robin Thomas (so he said) called and left me messages on my cell and my work phone this morning. they have done this before but it's been a while. i will block their number and they call from a new one. i called to curse them out and they hung up and wouldn't answer after that.

I just received 3 calls from them. The first one was blocked, second one on my cell had a caller id of "0000" and then another "0000" on my work phone.  Needless to say, I didn't answer any of these calls.  When I checked the voice mails it was Paul Nixon (I guess old trickie dick must be an idol of his or something since he seems to be using Nixon as a last name regularly.) telling me I as in big trouble, yada yada yada and I better call him back at the 877-832-5212 phone number.  Yeah right.  He can kiss my you know what.

              Please Call Your Local Police And The FBI To Put A Stop To These People There In A Way Differnt Country Than Us... If We All Act On This Im Praying They Will Be Stopped..I Asked Them For There Address And They Tell Me Its Impossible To Give Me There Adresss And They Will Not Take No Payment From Anyone That Does'nt Have A Debit Card Nor Pre-Paid Card, They Are Scam Artist So Yes Please Report Them They Called My Cell And I Had A Neighbor Call Them My Neighbor Gave Them A Fake Name And They Said OH YES WE FOUND YOUR FILE So Right There They Are Fake And Must Be Stopped. Yes They Are A Bunch Of Scam Artist i just had a person call this number from a way differnt number than mine after they called my number and they told this person oh yes you owe us money so yes dont fall for there scam they are nobody but a bunch of like i said scam artist...but ya see im calling them back time after time and telling them i know there fake so i just keep getting a voice mail after i call over and over again ...and i also told them me as an american im going to take action on there scams....so dont worry about this number and please dont fall for there scam....they are in a way different country than us and im going to keep letting them know they are scammers untill they shut this number down.....we should not have to go through this and im not going to keep letting them scam people..... here in the usa they cant do anything because these scammers are in a different country like i said,...but also as i said im going to keep letting them know we as americans are on to them.....SAD part about this some people have fallen for this ...they tell me its impossible to give me there address to send a money order i said that is the only way i will send them any thing and i get hung up on so please dont worry and please dont fall for there scam... have a nice day :)
