You were had, they probably didnt have a license or bond to even collect in your state, or it wasnt even your debt at all!!!

i got a call a couple days ago from blocked, it was from a mr. reed saying hes got some paperwork to serve me about a bad check, so i was like whatever, i haven't even had checks in years so i called the number he provided me for out of court mediation, Orbit.  i figured it was a scam but then they told me that it was for a payday loan i didn't pay back a couple years ago, and i was being pursued for electronic check fraud and the balance....i didn't think payday loans would come after you a couple years later but they did..i set up a payment plan and they worked with me on how much i could afford and what days for monthly payments.  totally glad i didn't blow this off, don't wanna take the chance on going to court and getting screwed for a stupid payday loan

A woman from "Orbit International" called saying that I was being sued and she was going to serve me...yet that a compromise should be reached outside of court. A family member received the call. They are full of it!! Beware and DO NOT provide them with any information!!!

If you were being sued you would receive legal notification. These people state that hoping you will give them money.

This person called and said i was being sued and that I had to call back to maybe reach an agreement with them

got a call from this number for another person. threatening tone sounds like collection call.

This Tom reed guy keeps blowin my effen phone up with this number about some legal documents is this legit?

This Dead Garrett dude was seriously blowing up my phone for like a week about some documents I was like whatever I never had any trouble. So I call and some a***ole is talking about a payday loan I took out about a year ago they told me i owed like $800 when I only owed like 300 dollars so I told em never to call me again and hung up the next day I get a call from my boss saying theres some guy up there with some papers asking about me. I called them back before I had to go to work they said i had to pay it all that day lol this Christin chick was like all up my a** so I asked for a supervisor this miss voss or boss lady let me set up a payment plan. I thought it was total bs like all they other private calls u get but they where 4real

I recieved a many phone calls from Walter Murray.  He also called my brother in law and mother.  I was pissed when I called him back he gave me number to an ADR firm in regards to charges I had filed against me that I didnt know about.  When I called they gave me a chance to take care of without going to court.  I was glad but I dont like how they call all of your relatives to get a message to me and told them what was about.

i actually did recieve papers from this company Orbit international in regards to a payday loan i took out they sued me for 3 times the balance of my 350.00 loan.

Rec'd phone call today from this number,,Michael Jacobs left a message on the answering machine asking us about a person we had never heard of and said we were listed as relatives of his? I don't think so. Wanted us to call back this number with a case # telling them information about this person we don't know? I will not be calling back. BTW - the number ID came up as a 'private number' on the caller ID.

This caller has contacted my ex-mother-in-law, my sister, and other family members.  Walter Murray was the caller's name.  First of all, he tried to say I committed bank fraud and was in trouble for checks.  I contacted my bank and they said that this company is fraudulent......not to give any information.  If they want to serve me papers, they can do it the legal way.  They are just trying to scare me into giving some bank information.  Even when I tried to call back, I could never get through.  Do not let these people scare you.  Referencing ADR company.

did someone actually received papers fm the court?

Mr Murray called me and told me to call this number within the next hour, funny I received calls similar to this about this time last year, they are a fly by night scam company that wont be socially commandeering any of my personal info.  Mr Murray said he was preparing papers to serve to me for fraudulent use of checks (I havent written a check in 20 years) and needed my personal info to serve me papers. He can take his papers and shove them in his ear. LOL

Nasty woman named "Alexis Scott" calls from this number; very sarcastic and snide and "well you've had an opportunity to resolve this and you have not so we are preparing papers".  LOL Whatever,

This number and I have been round about in the past few weeks.  I agreed to make a payment, just to settle wtf this was all about.  They contacted me today threatening me for my account info so they could "get it in the system and cancel the process server bringing me my court paperwork".  I told him that I was within my rights not to give this account info until the payment date and I was not sure which account this would come out of yet.  I had planned to put an amount on a prepaid credit card and use it.......The discussion got heated and I was threatened about court and when I asked why they would be "contacting their server" to get the paperwork to me and why they wanted to push this to court when I had made a payment arrangement....they told me they couldn't take it out of the system until the account info was put in.........ok.........yea......got ya.........

Exact same thing happened to me.  THEY ARE A FAKE COMPANY TRYING TO SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY!!  I CONTACTED THE COMPANY THAT I OWED AND THEY STATED THAT THEY ARE A FRAUDELENT COMPANY.  DO NOT TALK TO THEM ANY LONGER!! DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!! THE LADY EVEN SAID GOOD LUCK AT THE END OF MY VOICEMAIL!!

Got a call from this number threatening to know my ware abouts an that I must contact her an good luck!  Also called my place of employment....Collection call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
