My bank picked up on this charge made to my debit card. What a hassle but at least I have to commend Bank of America, something I have not been able to do for quite some time, for catching this. I would have just called the number as it was listed on my statement, and as mentioned in other posts, would not have gotten anywhere closer to finding out the nature of the charge of $28.95. I got charged from trying to get my credit score on line and unfortunately had given all of my personal information. I wondered why they denied me and said I hadn't answered the questions correctly. I hope it goes no further than this.

This co debited $29.96 with out my permission, looks like a bogus co,watch out and check your credit card statement.

I am really mad because I accussed my husband of taking the money without me knowing. This caused all kinds of promblems. My Disability goes on a mastercard thats all we have for the month. I did not have a clue anything was being charged to my card. I looked back over the last few months statements and they seperately charged a dollar here and there. I WANT A REFUND AND APOLOGY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THIS- SAW A PENDING AMOUNT AND CALLED MY BANK IMMEDIATELY!! I WAS ALSO PUT ON HOLD A COUPLE TIMES AND NEVER HELPED SO I HUNG UP. THE ONLY LINE I COULD REACH SOMEONE ON WAS WHEN I SELECTED TO GET HELP SIGNING UP. SHE SAID SHE CANCELLED THE ACCOUNT AND GAVE ME A CONFIRMATION. I had been charged in error and missed seeing it on the credit card bill for almost a year (I am in my 80's). I called the number and was treated courteously and quickly, no waiting.

I never even signed up for this service. I'm a college student and the 29.95 that they removed from my account was the last of my money for three months. We need to put an end to this nonsense. I called the number on my statement and they had me on hold for 4 hours. Then the phone just hung up.

I finally got through by pressing #2 instead of #4 or waiting on line. Also call late, at least PST after 8:00pm. After 10 minutes I got Phil and then his supervisor. THEN a promise of a refund since I had closed my account on 15 January 2013 as well as 30 April 2013. Good luck :-)

Try pressing #2 instead. I only waited 10 minutes and got a live person, then transferred to the supervisor and got the whole story and a promise of a refund. Good Luck :-)

When you call to cancel, press 2 instead of #4 or waiting on the line. After ten minutes I got through to Ron ID-9121. He asked me what he could help me with. He eventually transferred me to his supervisor. The supervisor answered promptly. I got my account cancelled and I was told I would get a refund of the charges. We will see what happens.:-) P.S. This is from signing up on line for a free credit score for $1.00. Good Luck :-)

The same thing happened to me that happened to Dan P. I wanted a Credit Score and when I got it was bogus and I was charged 1.99 for bogus information. Now when I see that I have be charged 14.98 on my bank account, When I call the 877-834-2830 number they leave me on hold and never answer my call.

its a credit monitoring service! ive been on hold for like 4 hours waiti to cancel my trial period service! they say to push 6 to speak to representative
to cancel then your on hold till your arm falls off still have not got anyone grr
