Got a call. Message was left regarding a large prize we had won. Yea, right
Guy with a lisp said it was not a telemarketer or cold call. Yea, right. Checked it out on the net and evidently its a new number just starting these prize winning calls.  Amazing how you can win something you never registered for to begin with.

Got a call from this number stating I had won one of three top prizes and I needed to return the phone call. The female caller said she was calling from 'B Notification Center'.

A person called me saying I had won a large prize but I had to be a certain age.  When she found out I was too old, she asked if I had children.  I was told my children could collect this "prize".  She did not say who she was with.

I need to know what is this all about.  They didn't specify the company's name and they just said they would issue the subphena...__since I witness the fraund at my old employer or I may be involved???  Is that a threat?

My husband got a call from these people.  And he was told that his wife got involved with Hilo Hattie's Fraud or withness some issues about the fraud at Hilo Hattie  and call back this number.  But I called this number with extension 370.  But nobody called me back and I also called the main number , dial 0, but no one was unavailable to take my call???  Strange...anyway, she did answer, Liberty...and I was laid off by this company, Hilo Hattie in Honolulu, Hawaii about 4 years ago.  Strange...and my all of my co-workers were laid off, too.  This is strange anyway.  I left a message saying that I am out of town, but they can reach me in Tokyo, Japan.  So far no phone calls from them, yet.

left very long message about 2 "charges" against me and that they would be sending a summons to my residence or my place of employment...ok i'll admit i'm no rocket scientist but i would imagine that if, in fact, you had a "summons" all ready to go you wouldn't call the person in advance and warn them...i believe you might also have information about the actual debt and what state the person lives in they didn't have either one.  they also come up on caller id as "unknown" which is a little fishy i don't believe i owe anyone anything but if you have proof then by all means show me and i'll be happy to pay otherwise go away.

I got call from them today about a bad check for Kansas. A woman said she is with the Legal Division. she gave me a docket #

Friend of mine receive a phone call from these people telling her that they were going to put a warrant out for arrest because of Hot Checks.  Friend called my son-he tried to call them no answer----in addition I tried three hours later after my son.  Answer Liberty but was unable to get ahold of any one.

fradulent trying to get info and make threats state attorneys offices they stated but got a attorney to further investigate

I received a call from this number about fraudulent checks and that if I did not comply they would resubmit to the district courts.

Says they are calling from the State of Texas regarding a case submission with a specific docket number. Other sites say they are not real and impersonating law enforcement.
