Dont sound legal to me because they called me and ive never even considered driving a truck or taking a CDL course. So how did they get my number then trying to get money from me?

DON and CALIFORNIA you work for these morons and they are calling me about going to school for trucking.  NEVER went to school for trucking nor do I have a CDL, my hubby who is an attorney is taking care of these morons for harassment.  They need to quit calling people who never went to school, nor signed papers for loans with these sharks.

I'll see them in court now and in PA you can now sue them for harrassment when you ask them to quit calling and they don't stop, they just call more.

Automated message, same as noted by other comment.  I called it back, it hangs up on you when you try to get a "representative".  I entered a made-up ref# and got to a company directory (still, no company name or purpose provided).  Entered last name "Smith", got a "Brad Smith" mailbox.  He says something about "Driver Training" in his mailbox message.

After several more tries, I eventually got to hold music (before getting disconnected again), which states that the company website is otrdriver.com

It is a trucking website.  What a waste of time and space these people are...

Automated voice has left message regarding "personal information" and to call back number above with a reference number.  When number is called back, will not give name of company

I'm sick of these antics.  These people have been told they are calling the wrong number . Continue bothering me-I am a child giver and they wake the children up.  They also act as if this is a recent transaction which is incorrect.  They are trying to reach a relative who does not live her nor do I know his number.

I have recieved the call when I called back i asked what does pfs stand for she said nothing i said ok dont cal again as i dont have any one you are looking for at this number and to remove it from the list

Have literally gotten hundreds of calls from this number. There is no reason for a debt collector to be calling me, and have had my phone number for years well before they started calling, never attended a CDL school, had a CDL license, etc etc.. I've tried to call back to ask them to take me off the list, and there is nobody there, just a recording, yet they call with their robot calls saying to contact them all time of day and night. Tried to go to their website and submit contact messages through their contact page, and it refuses to submit it without my entering my "account" number. My normally calm peaceful self hopes the people doing this get hit by a bus, and soon. Seriously, wtf already.

Does PFS only work for CDL stuff? They called me and I never went to a truck driving class, I am not a trucker driver, and nothing associated with it at all. ???

Okay normally I hate debt collectors with a capital H, seriously. In fact I have a list of questions that I ask every debt collector to make sure they are following federal law. But this one was different. I talked to lisa from PFS. I was a bit wary of them at first because they robo called me, but Lisa was nice. She understood.She gave me a more than reasonable payment of under 50.00 bucks a month. Not only that but I was able to start payments a month from now. And the good news is, there is no negative mark on my credit report. I would give them a chance. I talked about the stress that other debt collectors gave me, and the tactics. And she told me that she trains people to understand that some of us are really going through a hard time. I was actually impressed with this one.

I do owe PFS money, I am making the payments as per our agreement, the phone calls keep coming 3 or 4 daily, as late as 10pm (even on sundays).
I have cussed them out on more than 1 occassion they keep calling.
Whan I talk to them I am very unpleasant and extremly loud and boisterous. they keep calling.

why wont a live person answer if it is so important, voice mail dont cut it

collection debit service call them back if you have time and hang up on them. It costs them for people to use their toll free number which this is.

PFS also collects for Medtech College in Indiana.  They are persistant, that's for sure. It seems they will reduce the amount owed after a few months to try to encourage you to pay (special tax time offer is what the mailed statement says, 30% discount).

I kept getting random calls from this number listed as "restricted" or "Unknown" on the caller ID, and kept calling while I was in class, so I had no idea who to call or what it was about.  Luckily they left a voicemail finally, with a phone number (877) 836 1377.  THey said they were PFS, with Drivers something something, truck driving school, looking for an old friend I haven't heard from in years, who apparently gave them my info for a reference.  I guess they seem legit, but I didn't appreciate all the previous calls with no callback number and no voicemails.  I was thinking I had forgotten to pay some bill myself, but couldn't find anything.  Anyway, the people were nice enough.  Hopefully that'll be the end of the calls with no messages.

Multiple unwanted calls from this number, as well as 317-822-7026, to my son's cellphone & voicemail-- he's only 14 years old, and can't even get a drivers license (let alone go to truck drdiving school)--he has no outstanding debts, obviously (although a couple of kids on his soccer team owe him a few bucks he loaned them for Gator-Ade :o)

I also got a call from a Clerence from PFS, letting me know it is very important I call him back.  Upon calling my son's father used me as a reference and they're looking to collect CDL tuition fees from an Indiana School he went to.  We are in Michigan and I'm not sure what the deal is.  I explained we were estranged and I don't know where he could possible be.  I did provide the last valid cellular number I had for him, and they were very pleasant and respectuful.  However, I'm not the debtor only a reference so that may be why!!

For weeks have been receiving robo calls from 877 836-1377.  Say I must call back between 8-10.00 a.m  I am on do not call list and have no creditors.  How do I get them to stop.

Spoke with another representative from PFS. She was very professional. Yes, they are a collection company for a trucking school/organization. She explained, among other things, that they were trying to find an individual that had the same name as me. I guess a lot a people try to get out of bills that they owe and sometimes use false numbers, etc. Take the time to call them and either pay them the money you owe OR clarify that you are not the person they are looking for. From what I can tell they are just trying to do their job and collect money owed.

This is a collection agency that does represent a multi state trucking school. Please keep in mind that no one from any state should ever sign a binding agreement with such a company as they get paid when they fail. You absolutely can declare bankruptcy on this debt. 18% Interest rates are far above the federal student loan rate. Thus these debts are not protected via new bankruptcy laws. Also these are not accredited schools such as any junior (Community) colleges or Universities. When choosing an attorney to represent you read or allow them to read the contract. Should they not pick up on the "Huge" interest rate. Your best advice is to move on and find another attourney

Called them back--automated answering machine, they were looking for someone else who owed a payment.  First name different than mine. Message said to press "2" if wrong number. You press that and it then asks you to enter the code they gave you and repeats process again.  They keep calling every day, leaving a message to call them back to manage an account.  I guess they figure if they cannot get money from someone that owes them, then they will harass everybody else. Thank you for tip to block call -- I will do that today.

PFS calls my phone 3 times a day told them a few times when i get a job i would start paying my debt off but they keep calling me anyway so i told them to stop calling me they said they will keep calling me so i had to change my number now they call my dad brother and so on now im mad they will never get a dime from me and i will go bankrupt too they can kiss my big as- schneider training academy was a big mistake

I get the same message to and the message is for someone else, whom I don't know.  I try to get a rep and they hang up on me. I have filed a complaint with the National Do Not Call list since I have my number on it.  I just want these freaking calls to stop.  They are calling me at 9:00 pm when my daughter is sleeping.

I've gotten several of these calls, and I don't have a cdl and I don't owe money to anyone. I've also got calls from someone saying my warranty is about to expire on my car. I drive a 20 year old Ford Escort. Of course my warranty is expired!

They claim I own them money fdor CDL training.

1.  I've never had a CDL or tried to get one  2.  I never went to truck driver school.. skipped that one and went for the bachelor degree at a real school  3.  I sure as the hell didn't finance "how to drive a truck" school
