Got a call from this investigator ray.. It was an unknown call and I didn't answer, she left a voicemail to call her back but I haven't done so yet, now that I am reading all these comments I feel the need to call back and put this "investigator" in her place. What she is doing is not right and even illegal. She should be stopped immediately.

Someone at this number calling herself Investigator Ray at extension 7818 wants me to return the call Right Now. Not... I do not answer blocked or unknown caller phone calls. When I get one I always check the number on the internet just to make sure.

My mother received a phone call from an Investigator Ray stating that she was investigating me and my boyfriend for possible felony charges!!.  Myself or my boyfriend have never been in trouble with the law.  She scared my mother half to death and she was worried as hell when she received this phone call at her job.. which is a legal office.  I am going to call Verizon to see what actions can be taken.  Not to mention that I have read through the posts and every extension is different.  

This investigator Wray has been calling leaving messages for several months. I believe it is about a debut of an old friend I have not seen in several years but since she leaves no information in the rude messages why does she think I will EVER call her back. I had all my phone numbers block all private numbers. (*77). Now she is calling from a cell phone and sending text messages. 801 564-6111. Probably a scrambled number and of no value.  

I am a Soldier in the US Army and I do not appreciate this person calling my extension. How did she get our numbers is a good question.  The fact that we all seem to be Verizon customers does not bode well.  I will be contacting Verizon about this issue and if they have given my number to a solicitor I will be calling my attorney to look into a possible breach of contract and harassment action.  I am not amused by this at all.

Please send me any infomation you have on this person, I am starting legal action.

I keep getting calls from this woman too... Shes looking for someone I havent spoken to in years and she keeps asking me where the location of a specific car is so my guess is that she is a repo woman. She calls herself an investigator probably to feel like she has a purpose in life. Shes very rude and inconsiderate, not to mention rude!!

I got the same call from a wray Jackie.... but a different extension number. They keep calling about a ex boyfriend I haven't seen in months

This so called investigator is dangerous and sick.  I had the phone company block the 877 845-0959 number so she called from another number which also had blocked.  I asked for information about General Investigations and was told she wasn't giving me information about her company.  This harassment is illegal. l don't even owe anything to anyone.

I received a call from someone who name was Investigator ray.. When i called back she knew my name but claimed she was looking for  someone who had the same name as my son and they were looking for the car which was a gray impala... 8778450959 ext. 7131 i don't like this at all

I was able to find out that the phone number, 877-845-0959 is provided by Verizon. The number for Verizon Legal is 888-483-2600. You might let them know also how investigator Rae is using Verizon to violate the law.

i dont know how she got my email but has contacted me several times and i emailed her back and asked her what the hell she wants and she says she needs to speak about my mother. I said well whats my mothers name? she didnt respond till the following day giving plenty of time for anyone to find that out. how dare she i was up all night wondering what the heck was going on because we are going thru a "thing" concerning my brothers death last month and i find out shes a stupid bill collector she made it sound like she was law enforcement almost got my hopes up that something was found out concerning my brother. she needs to be stopped!!!!

This person's name was Jackie and she gave me the name of a person she is trying to reach and stated that she wanted to speak with them right away.  I informed her I could not transfer her or give out her number without the permission of the person she was calling who was not available for me to ask. Especially if she did provide any information.  I thought she was a doctor's office which is what we handle. I told her I would forward a message to her.  The number 877-845-0959 Ext 6992.  She said  If what you say above is correct.  She does need to be stopped because she does not have the right to contact someone's job and harrass them.

this investigator/glorified debt collector has crossed the line with her behavior. she has threatened the safety of family claiming to "watch our loved ones, they are not safe" and called my 14 year-old step daughter harassing her to no-end. I'm officially filing a police report, if anyone has any further information, It would be greatly appreciated.

this lady investigator ray tries to scare people with her threats,she is no more than a bill collector that violates the the fair lending laws. i wish she would call another relative and pretend to be a law enforcement agent.will record all that she says and report her to the attorney general in my state

this person ray pretends to be with law enforcement but is a bill collector. she calls relatives and tells them that i committed a crime whe plan to sue the hell out of her

caller called for the first time today.

This investgater ray call me up to 8 times a day looking for someone that i no but have no information about need to find the co. name so i can sue the hell out of  when i find out i will let u no it's a credit collection

i pay to have a land line for my business, no one has my permission to use that number unless i gave them the number. do not expect me to call ya back investigator ray!

my parents got a call from this number 877.845.0959 ext 6349. apparently this "investigator" jackie ray was looking for someone i know and wanted to talk to me. i haven't lived with my parents for over 10 years. why would an "investigator" be calling my parents trying to find me in her pursuit of someone i might know?
