I got a call today from Victor Wallace saying he's going serve papers at my job is I don't call 877-848-6399.  I called and I must say this is a HUGH SCAM!  I asked for a fax number the number gave me didn't work.  Please also check the web under 877-871-3929.  I only wish the FBI can catch these people.

my mom received a call today from this number (linda tucker) with the same information listed on these other complaints. This is a scam. if you look on this website under 877-871-3929, you will find further information regarding this scam (including an FBI press release regarding the nature of the scam). they called my mom's cell phone, and i have NEVER given out that number (i always give an alternate). this is regarding a payday loan that i supposedly did not pay back. they tried this same thing on me on me two years ago, threatening to show up at my job or my house to serve me papers. they refused to give me information so i could google them and verify they were a valid company because they threatened me with legal action and arrest and all kinds of other junk. bottom line--dont give them any more information and ESPECIALLY dont give them any money!

They called my work today and my boss answered it. Im a driver so he called me to tell me they called and gave him a case number to call in with. I do have bad checks from payday loans from at least more than 4 years ago. The funny thing is, like a month ago I decided to come clean and pay them back. My bank helped me get the info tocall to start paying and im already paying them. So I dont know why this place is calling.

i got two calls from this lady saying she is linda tucker and she needs to verify my address for serving a summons for charges against me she gives a case number then tells me to call a mediation firm with number of 877-848-6399 her number comes across my id as private. can anyone help me with who this may be
