Just got a text from this number. Wasn't too sure what it was but when I called it was Career Network. They were contacting me about an application I had submitted online. It was just a prescreening and verification of my info. Call only took a few minutes and then they send it to the hiring manager.

yea i just got the same text from these people , seriously who the hell texts u for a job ? get real .

Must be a scam...what employer would text a job seeker back and ask them to call them. Very unprofessional and remember...they ARE targeting job seekers.

Got the same text as above, "call about the ***** job you applied for".  Thanks to this site I will not be calling back!

Got a text from this number at 3am telling me to call about the **** **** job I had applied about.. I was put on hold and listened to a recording about how people with higher educations had lower %'s of unemployment.  I was calling close to there closing time so my call was never picked up so it does sound like a scam just trying to sell you some kind of schooling.  I won't be calling them back after reading the above postings!

Got same text.  I'm sorry I find it incredibly hard to believe that any company or firm that is legit would text you asking you to call them about a random job you applied for.  I will not be calling back.

Same text and phone number 877-849-1206 and sender 32075.
I've been responding to alot of adds on craigslist, There are
definitly some scammers on there.  I like messing with them, giving them my name as Fred Harry Ballzonyachin. address 169 yomomms ahoe lane.  
They don't catch on.  " IT IS FUN ".

I received the same text this morning and I called and verified my information. After getting off the phone I felt like something was wrong about that phone call. I googled the Career Network and found out that it is a scam. I called the same number back to see what job I had applied for and the gentleman couldnt give me any information. He kept acting as if his computer was slow. Im just a little worried about what there actually doing with my information.
What should I do???????

I just received a text too. They we contacting me about a job I applied for about a week ago. They did ask about my education level but didn't push me into doing anything like signing up for school. It was a brief call and they explained to me that they weren't the actual employer but that if the employer wanted to interview me that they would call or email me to set up an interview. It was just the job board doing a prescreen of my application information.

I too just got a text with the same story as above- being suspicious I check the web- scam indeed just want to get you into a ed. program of some kind.
I did not call/text back. No serious company would text you for a potential job.

I also recieved a text from this number. Career Network I called the number and they new my name I guess my number showed up. The text said "call me about the ****** job you have applied for. I asked which employer this was for as I have been posting my resume' everywhere looking for a job and they simply stated that it would be within a 20 mile radious of my address. They also asked about salary I was looking for if i had a computer with acces to the internet and best time to call me. Oh yea they also wanted to know if i was interested in furthering my education.  the number that showed up on my phone was 32075 within the text message they listed their phone number 877-849-1206

Just got a text from this number... It was Career Network contacting me about the application I submitted a few days ago.
