A call back to this number gets you a recording stating you have called the:

Physicians billing patient services department.  You are then presented with options one of which is to speak with a representative.  Selecting this option, transfers your call to an overseas person who tries to get you to pay for a delinquent medical bill.

Dealing with foreigners is so irritating.  Whatever happened to the good old surly American bill collectors who at least understood when they were being put on, or inappropriate.  The people who call now are no better than talking to a machine.  That's ok on some level, it makes it easier to hang-up on them.
