man by the name of Glenn Johnson said he was calling from the law office of Harold Scherr, this guy was a jerk lied about his website and when i called him .he became beligerant and hung up on me

2nd time to get this silly call ...
"This message is for [so-and-so], if you are not [so-and-so] you do not need to listen to the rest of this message ..."
The guy on the phone was eating or sucking on something (didn't strike me as characteristic of a true legal professional) ... but left his contact info as :
"Glen Johnson / legal assistant at law offices of Harold Sheer - 877-850-1273 x 502"
Googling the number does not bring up any law office ... rather a web-site called centralclearinghouse.com with a list of other ip addresses searching for that same number; reverse lookups on their IP address show searchers are from all over the US.
Thing is you have to pay $6/mo to centralclearinghouse.com to find out who the number really belongs too. Could it be a scam to generate revenue for this service?
