If they offer a refund in the cancellation with some other promotion, you can take that and then cancel immediately and they list show a Refund under Billing Inquiry.  Otherwise, no refund.  I found that out accidentally. Here is the company info:

Definitely a magazine subscription company..... Charges on my account too. After a run around trying to get connected to a live person (in Costa Rica), I had to escalate my call up the ladder to a manager who says he will cancel the subscription and refund my money. He had the customer name as Mrs Purple....which is not my name. So obviously someone stole my credit card information or the cashier at Books a Million did this (this is where the purchase came from per the magazine company). It's hard to trust anyone these days. I am ready to start dealing in cash again :(

Credit card charge of $12.00 - no idea--- found out it was for ' magazine-- HEALTH' yes we were rec. that mag. And had shopped at GOODYS dep store-- where they saved me $10.00 pn that purchas- if I would take 3 mo. FREE sub. For 4 different magazines--and could cancel mag. Any time-- so I did cancel mag. Right away---saved $10.00 - right?  BUT Health mag. Keeps sending -- so now I Owe$12.00. And on my CREDIT Card!!!  SO THANKS GOODYS- for this CRAP--- BE AWARE

I got two calls from a magazine company and I DIDN'T request a thing!!!!!!  Cancel!!!!!!

I discovered a $17 charge on my account today.  I have never seen this company on my statement before.  I have not used my car for anything like this.  I immediately changed all passwords, cancelled the card, and disputed the claim.  Please do all of that, don't just cancel the card.  You can and will get your money back if you do things the right way.  This is what showed up on my account: RDTRACK 877 850 3218 NY.  I tried calling that number and it was not a working number.

I posted on 03/26/14...I just checked my bank account and I was fully refunded for all four subscriptions.  I am surprised at the problems other people have posted.  Other than it being a sneaky way to sell really expensive subscriptions, it was very easy to get my money back.

I too found the charges on our bank statement.  We never received any info regarding the upcoming renewals.  I found this site through the phone number listed with the charge on our account and thankfully the previous poster gave the website for the magcustomerservice.com.  I went online and cancelled all of the magazines.  I then called the 877 number and was instantly connected with a customer service rep.  She looked at the account and said it showed four refunds pending and that we should receive them within 24 hours.  

I have been charge $39.00 for which I did not request any service.

Not only did they charge my card they never answered. So I did some digging into it. Around Christmas I bought a book at Books-a-millon and got a free 1 month mag. sub. now this charge appeared. So not only am I calling my bank, I'm calling books-a-millon, and the BBB. Because the only way the magazine company got my card information was from them. I'm going to have a field day with this.

I was charged $174 total for 4 magazines that I did not order, nor received.  I contacted the bank and reported the fraud.  My bank is going to investigate.  Now, I have the hassle of dealing with a new debit card and all that goes along with that.  So frustrating!

Phone rang several times that day and there was no one there. Now I have 2 charges on my debit card that I definitely did not charge anywhere that day, one for around $10 and one for around $55. And today is a federal holiday so I can't even call the bank about it.

Have a $60 charge for People magazine that I never authorized. We've never had a subscription to this mag. Also, it appears that their website is no longer functional. What a scam. Hopefully my card company will take care of this. Contrary to most of the people here I object to the fact that these idiots are wasting my time.

When my hubby was shopping at Bealls they suckered him into signing up for those "free" magazine subscriptions so he signed up for 3 of them & now, 6 months later he is getting charged for the magazines....  We are planning to call & hopefullly be able to cancel....  I fused at him for signing up in the first place & now see what a mess....  

I did sign up for a trail subscription for one magazine over a year ago, can I canceled the next month because I realized I couldn't afford thier $64.98/month charge.  Now,  OVER A YEAR LATER, they are charging my account for not just the one I signed up for but TWO magazines (one which I didn't even know about) so now I have a $64.98 AND a $19.50 charge to my account.  I called and "canceled" again, we'll see if they actually do.

Thanks for the link. I was able to cancel some of the subscription I signed up for. Now I have to see if they will actually cancel them. I have the confirmation numbers but it may take several weeks for the orders to be cancelled!  THANKS AGAIN it was a big help.

Kept getting charged from this company and every time I called, I would wait forever. I went to  HTTPS://WWW.MAGCUSTOMERSERVICE.COM and cancelled my subscription there. I didn't even know that we had signed up for any magazines. We don't ever read them. Anywho, if anyone else has problems, just simply go to the website and cancel. If they continue to charge you after you have cancelled, you can call the BBB on them, they give you a cancellation number for confirmation!

Following up on my earlier post.  I received a refund for all three magazines I had canceled.  Yea!!!  One last magazine charge showed up today so I just finished canceling that one, using your link.  Many, many thanks for posting the link.

Many thanks for this link.  I had subscribed to a few magazines through an incredible offer that made no mention that there would be automatic renewals.  I went to the website through your link and cancelled three subscriptions - it was pretty straight forward EXCEPT that you have to be careful in the options you choose, which are worded in such a way that you might find that you have agreed to keep the current renewal in place and not have the subscription cancelled until the new period ends.  I found that answering "No" or "No Thanks" got me to the end page and a  cancellation confirmation number.

Now the wait and see game:  Will they actually cancel the subscriptions?  Will they refund the subscription amount?  How long will it all take?

How can u have it refunded.? I cancelled many magazines and they Keep On changing. U can t Talk to anybody, there is only a machine answering!

This is a charge from U.S Magazine Company. Call the # and it's an automated system. Press 0 to speak to someone. I did & they were so rude, but I pushed to get my $ refunded and got the name of the person I spoke to, their supervisor and a confirmation #.

I didn't get a call but was charged $23.00 posted yesterday. I am hoping to reverse this charge but it looks like a scammy operation.

Charges showed up from this number for subscriptions to magazines that were not knowingly ordered. You can spend a half hour on phone and get a partial refund. If you keep screaming "agent" you will eventually get someone who promises to get you a full refund and who will have customer service call you to process this refund. That's the point I am at now, so don't know whether this will really happen or not.  What a racket!
