ABSOLUTELY a scam! These collectors are dumber than most, have no clue of what they are doing, less yet about arbitration procedures. This is a scam by desperate debt collectors out to steal your money. They are NOT arbitrators cannot take any actions to enforce arbitration under any circumstances. It may just be the drugs they are on, however STUPID aptly describes the intellect of these idiots.

Keep calling all the time. They leave messages,they want someone who doesn't live here. Have asked them to remove number but still getting calls.

Same company but many numbers. They keep buying new 800 numbers to get to people who might otherwise recognize the old.

Have gotten a few messages from these guys. They mention my husband's name and say they have an urgent matter to discuss with them. We have absolutely no outstanding debt, so I don't get why they're calling us.

These guys are bottom feeders, don't give them the time of day.

Several calls to my personal cell number.  Leave msg requesting call back re: an important file.  Fail to indicate with whom they are affiliated.  Present the situation as serious and requiring a call back ASAP to answer and clarifiy questions/concerns.

They called my cell phone about ten minutes ago. It was a female, and she sounded like she just woke up. She asked for someone, and I had to ask her to repeat herself because she was mumbling. It wasn't for me, but I told them they had the wrong number. She did not state who she was or who she worked for. She just sounded like someone answering a phone in her sleep, like she was calling a friend or something.

These people have not called back since my phone call with the "supervisor" on the 3rd as described above.

Another one for Regent, "local" number...541-227-5158, I just received this phone, they are calling for someone else.  They leave the same messages others are getting, important to call back, blah blah blah.  When I did pick it up once, told them it's a new number, they "put it on the file", and are now calling under the 877 numbers.

If I had had my wits about me and wasn't nearly blinded with rage I probably would have asked the lady if she could provide written verification for the debt, at which point I'm sure she would have hung up.

They've been calling me nearly every day for the past two months with different numbers but mostly from this one.  I usually never answer but decided to today.  Of course, it was silence so I hung up.  They called back a minute later and I actually talked to someone.
Caller: Is this Jim?
Me: I've reported this number to the Attorney General.  You call me every day about a debt I don't have and you need to stop.
[a bit of silence]
Caller: OK, but is this the right number?
Me: It doesn't matter.  Stop calling it.
Caller:  The reason we keep calling is because you've never spoken with anyone.
Me: That's not true, I've been told I have a debt from US Bank for $1000.
Caller: Well if you have a debt we're allowed to call every day.
Me: Well I don't have a debt so there you go.
And I hung up.

I called the number back and talked with a supervisor who, surprisingly, answered after 2 rings.  I told him that I don't owe any debt to anyone (truth, except for some credit card debt which is not with US Bank).  He tried to verify my social but the last four digits he read off were wrong and I told him so.  He said that my phone number appeared to have been taken out of their records by the last person that I talked to.  I laughed and said, "Well, I guess I'll have to take your word for it.  I'll give you a call in a few days if you call me again."

This guys are a pest, won't stop calling, thinking on a class action Lawsuit against them

received a voice mail from this number... couldn't understand a word they were saying, it was staticky and muffled... and then they just started laughing and giggling and hung up. i would've just thought it was a kid making a prank call except that itcame from an 800 number... wtf?

these people call my husband's number all the time.

this number called me and left a messgae on my house phone asking for a Douglas Denoce which is my dads name even tho i havent talked to him in years saying to call back, so when i called to find out how they got my number and accosiated it with his name no one answered and it was a recording that said, thank you for calling rigget asset managment solutions. i didnt leave a message, i think its bogus and thier just trying to steal money.

These people  at 877-853-3576 called us out of the phone book. It was obvious because we are listed by our initials instead of our first names (to avoid just this sort of thing) and they asked for us by the initials on the phone message. We have excellent credit and so these collectors are looking for someone with my last name. The message was rude, didn't state the company name, only "This is Ruben and it is VERY important that you call me immediately at 1-877-853-3576 at extension 1922, I repeat: it is VERY important that you call me!!!"

They just called me saying that my husband owed money from an old closed bank account over two years old. My phone kept hanging up on them but they kept calling me back, cause I told them I wanted to make his debt right but when I asked them to send me a letter in writing they said they didn't do that and they would email me. When I demanded a letter my line got disconnected again and now they haven't called me back

Called the other day for my husband and said he was not home and they wouldnt leave a message. Called tonight and he wasnt home again and he said he would leave a message. After he found out that I was his wife he said that we had a $1600 over charge on an account that he had in 2004. I said there was no way that we did because we havent used it for years. Long story short he ended up asking for his SS# so he could look further into it. I laughed, said Yea Right and hung up!!!

Get a call blocker for your phone that will pick up, then hang up on these b*****ds. Works like a charm!

Yeppp... same stuff... ignore them.  I talked with a real lawyer and above comment is correct... a real legit claim will come by mail first... not threatening calls.  Other scams have been calling me too... so I agree with above that they must exchange numbers... or have different operations all over the place.  Be careful... I just don't call them back... but then another 877 number calls me.

a woman called me and said she had official business that only concerned me and to call back.  she had my correct name but other than that sounded bogus. anyone who doesn't tell me what company they are from, sounds automated, or doesnt have official documentation doesn't get a call back from me, sorry. these people suck and are freaking scary.

Now that I stopped receiving a message from "Mary" (different #) I am receiving this call from these new people. I guess they just keep changing lists with each other. They did not have the right name when they said this message is for_____.  This is the second time today they called. I see we all have the dates for this early October so I will just ignore this. Too bad they are filling up my voice mailbox just when I need the space the most.

They called and said I owe $500.00 to overdraft fees on an account closed out 2 yrs ago. They had the bank name right AND my social security number !!! SCARY ! So when I asked them to send me written proof of this matter they said they don't do that and they will file this against me in 48 hours !!! HUH ? Who hands over money without seeing documentation of the fact ????????

Called for someone with same last name as me. I told her to quit calling and I will list her on the internet as bogus.
