repeated calls on caller I.D.

This is from Vision Financial, a debt collection company .  Likely one of many, many numbers they use.  Strictly bottom feeders.  If these people are calling you send them the standard FOAD debt verification letter immediately.

They're a collection agency for Aspire credit card. They were a credit card company that issued cards to people with low credit scores. About a 2 years ago, Aspire closed the accounts of all it's cardholders with no notice
