The threats were the same as above - I fell for it - the money was taken out of my account - before hanging up I asked if I could get confirmation of payment as is my right. A Ms. Durant (not sure this is the spelling) 1877-857-8862 ext. 410 said that once the payment cleared I would receive both. After several calls and messages I have yet to get my confirmation. The name these people are using is Landmark but they may not even be affiliated.

If you get a phone call from these people just hang up they are a joke trying to collect on a payday loan that has been paid back three times already.  I have looked into this and have found out that you can not be taken to court for a pay day loan since there tactics are mostly illegal.  So if they threaten you with court service laugh at them and tell them to bring it.

You people seem to be crack heads actually believe by making post that you where served people are gonna believe this is for real.  No one gets served and sewed over a BMG payday loan.  What crack babies you are.

I was served at my job last week and it was because I hadn't even checked my voice mail. At least they let U know they were coming.

Yes i keep getting harassed at my place of employment this collection company has taken to far & is notifying my employess with to much info...I have told them time & time i will take care of this as soon
as i get back on my feet & yet still getting phone call threats about summon to court & etc..
