Same thing everyday for the past month starting 01 Jan 2013. Had my number changed last year due to annoying calls threw out the day from pointless calls. This is a business phone btw so no connection to me what so ever other than the business knowing its mine. I firmly believe AT&T is the problem, and they are either selling the numbers or something along those lines to outside sources. The last phone number I had like I said kept getting solicitations threw out all hours of the day, and now its starting up again. I have never had this problem with any other service provider, and if it was my personal phone I would be cancelling my contract.

how  do we stop these harrassing repetitive calls many every hr, many every day

my # is on the NO CALL LIST

any ideas?

Im sick of it  I have turned off my ring the  multiple calls are very annoying.. then I miss real calls

multiple daily messages from this # (877) 857-9756 goes to my VM and there is never any message

today of of many this past week,my caller id  shows this # (877) 857-9756
from 10:am  to  11:50 there are 18 calls incoming to my # they leave no  msg

i never return any calls  on my caller ID log unless there is a message left. robo dialers use this method to collect phone #'s (that are on their caller) so they  can create a lists of #'s unauthorized to sell to marketers.. and the  rings  go on

any opne knopw of a way to block these guy or creat a formal complaint

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER FOR ONE OF MY RELATIVES.  WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK THEY ASKED FOR THEIR NUMBER AND I TOLD THEM I DID NOT HAVE IT, WHICH I DON'T.  THEY SAID THAT THEIR WAS A GLITCH IN THE SYSTEM AND THAT A BUNCH OF NUBMERS WERE CALLED BY MISTAKE.  I DO NOT BELIEVE THEM AND I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW WHO THESE PEOPLE ACTUALLY ARE.

If automated call is returned, the call center transfers to a debt collection agency.

These people called me about my husband who died over two decades ago.  When I asked them what their business was, I was told that they were not allowed to disclose that information.  The lady got snippy and hung up on me.  I called back and was transferred five times and nobody would give forth any information.  If they can't talk about their business; it is not legit.

The caller was looking for a relative.  When I called the number back the girl answered: "DOR epay".  Their website states they provide a service to electronically pay back your taxes.  They are located in the Southern United States

Call came in as unavailable.  I let it go to voicemail.  Left an automated message to call back at this number before 9 pm today.  Did not say who was calling or why.  I did not return the call.

yo the same thing happened to me too. they called for one of my relatives.

I called the number and they told me the same thing...  a bunch of numbers were entered by mistake.

that number called five times between 5:38am and 6:20 two or three of them lasting just three rings or less.  then the message about the inportant item and to call 877-857-9756.  I have not returned the call

Received several calls from 877.857.9756.  Having worked for AT&T, I know that not all NPA 8xx calls are free.  My cellphone service provider advises not to call that number and to ignore all voice mail messages.  That is sound advice that I will follow.

calls all the time from 8778579756 for at&t bill.. we had at&t cell phone service and it did not work from our house. att told us to go and call from the next block over were they had better service.we had the service for 22 months and they told us we could upgrade our phones. we cancelled service since we thought the contract had run out. they billed us $700 for this early termination of 2 months. we will never pay at&t and get great cell phone service from version.

The official sounding voice called for aobut the 10th time,and so I called backto see what was up -- the got a recording that they were off for the holiday. Thanks to this site I won't waste my time thining any more about it, or calling them back.

I just replied to their recorded message.  They are AidMobility Wash, a medical supplier.  They do not know why anyone would have called me.  I confirmed that they are (877) 857-9756 and they confirmed.  They said they have gotten dozens of complaints from angry people.  They are checking to see if some scam artist has hijacked their toll free number as a prank.

It is because you were sent to a collection agency due to owing money for something, probably a cell phone company.  The only way to stop them from calling is to pay what you owe.  They sent me a letter stating that I owe $155.00 but will settle for the payment of $117.00.  So I paid it and they stopped calling me immediately.

I haven't goteen one phone call from that number.  I get called every single day from that number.  When I finally called them after months of receiving this call, I talked to a woman who wanted my personal information and then got annoyed when I would not give it to her.  I am on the do not call list.  I feel this is harassment at its best.  How can this be stopped.

I got a call tonight, I asked the operator what type of company this was.  She told me that she represents over 40 companies and only if I gave her my phone number then she could tell me who is calling. I refused and she was really annoyed, asking me how I expect to be helped if I would not give my number.  I reminded her that her call came to the privacy of my home.  I further explained that I am registered with "Do Not Call".  I then hung up on her.

The call was from a computer. I called 1-877-857-9756. The operator identified the company she represented as PCA. When I asked her what PCA stood for, she replied "I can not tell you".  She needed my phone number to address the reason, I gave her my number, she punched it into her keyboard, a few seconds ticked by and viola, they were attempting to connect a particular collector of debt with my ex-wife. If they were successful, she would have been transferred to a collector representing whatever company she allegedly owes money to. They asked if I had another number to contact her at, I actually do not, her home phone was recently disconnected and she just got a cellphone yesterday. They promised to remove my number from their database.
