If you're just getting started I highly suggest you STOP!  If you haven't read my warning note on other listings here it is for you too... "My digital camera takes lovely photos of my Caller I.D. which should display very nicely on a TV screen... you know, the major Network channels such as Primetime, 60 Minutes, take your pick.  Makes for great stories such as "What Ever Happened to the Do Not Call List".... Stay tuned!  ;-)  (Keep them coming and take a picture if you can.)


10/29 @9:24am asked for Harvea Martez, I told them wrong number, she apologized and hung up.  Now let's see when they call again and if they ask for another name.  ;-)  This call came in just as I was writing them up on this board.  Timing is everything.

Just got a call and they said they were a third party provider for CitiMortgage providing home appliance warranty service. CitiMortgage did just take over our mortgage a few months ago and that's when all of these type of calls started. THANKS CITIMORTGAGE!

Same as all.  Got a call and as soon as I answered the caller hung up - - making sure they received a live number.  You're right, CitiMortgage does SUCK!

Our mortgage has been taken over by Citimortage too, and ever since we have been receiving tons of calls. this number calls us at night and early in the morning and hangs up.

called, my son answered, hung up.

called again, my son answered.  they asked for me, son said I was busy.  They asked when they could call back, he said in an hour.  We'll see if they call again.  Son said it sounded very fishy, pauses too long, etc.

I think I will have to play with them when they call back.

been getting this call for he last month or two, when answered there is noone there,there is no recording, nothing at all.
   bad enough when it is while i am eating but after being in bed for about
1-2 hour's it is awful.
 every body that can help get these people stopped,not only this one but all of the one's that won't id themself's or won't  talk they just try to connect to your line for there use,be  careful they run up ANY THING THEY CAN.

I e-mailed them so that my complaint is in "writing," and threatened them with a class action lawsuit. If this does not take care of the matter, I'll be back to see if anybody wants to joint a class action lawsuit against this company and Total Protect, as well as the "mortgage company." Somebody has to stop them.

They are calling 10-15 times a day, and will not speak to anyone but me. However, when my husband tells them to call back later, they don't. They did call one evening, but when I answered there was nobody on the line.

I called them today and a recorded message said it was "my mortgage company" with a special offer. I suspect it is Ocwen, but can't prove it. They asked me to leave my name and phone #,but at the tone there was static. Now they have my cell phone number, and I'm afraid they'll start calling that, as well.

they keep on calling my house and asking for someone who lives in they house about 10 times each day. I just sang the Barney "I love you" song to the person on the other end, then hung up.

I am getting these calls too!  Everyday at all times.  I am sick of it and sometimes they leave a message, someone whistling or saying something stupid.  My company is CITIMORTGAGE TOO!!!They took over our mortgage a few months ago too and that's when this all started.  I am calling the Better Business Bureau and Citimortgage.  My thank you to them also for giving out our phone number to these scammers!

They were calling me at least once every day for several weeks. After I called the number to tell them to stop the calls, they called again and said that it could take anywhere from 30-90 days to have my number removed...yeah right! I decided to be VERY rude with the caller and have not received any more calls for several days!! RUDENESS is what it is going to take!Why would people want to work in this type of business? Must be desperate!

I had many calls from the same company and they also told me that it could take 60-90 days to have my number removed from their calling list. The next day (I was getting at least one call a day) they called and I was VERY rude to the man and have not gotten any calls for several days! They finally realized that they were wasting time! They figure that if they can still call you every day for 60-90 days past your request, they might still make a sale! Go ahead, BE RUDE!!!

Call turned out to be from a home warranty company; claimed to be calling on behalf of Citibank.  We instructed them to take us off their list and never ever call again.  Claimed it could take 6 to 8 weeks to accomplish.

Based on a prior post, I called this number, 1-800-474-4047.  The company is called Total Protect and they are a 3rd party company for home warranties (a total scam, btw).  The number is available 24 hours a day.  I just called at just after 9 pm PT.  I pressed option 2 to get to the operator.  I asked to be removed from the list.  They took my request and told me I would be removed from the list.  I did need to supply them with the name of my mortgage company.  I tried not to give it to them but they couldn't process my request without it.  They also asked for my account number which I did not give them and they said they could still process the request without that.  My mortgage company is CitiMortgage.  Hopefully, this will end these calls.

Called a little after 8pm on 10/30. "City Mortgage" came through as the name on the Caller ID. Left a message asking repeatedly for me though they didn't say who they were or what they wanted. I could hear the guy talking to someone else in the background. Sounded very unprofessional.

called at 7:30 pm Tuesday, October 30. No response to several of my "hello"s. Caller ID displays only "Out of area"

Called 9 times in 3 days. This morning they called 4 times in under an hour and a half. I called the number and got this recording: "Thank you for calling. We are trying to reach you on behalf of your mortgage company with a special offer..."
