In November I was charged $29.25 for fit factory also along with another unknown fee of #3.95.  After speaking to a rep via live chat, I was credited for the $29.25, however still haven't seen my $3.95.  Also, I called within the cutoff period to cancel the Acia Berry Pills, and they told me they would cancel my order.  About 6 weeks later, I received another shipment, which I didn't open.  On my next bank statement was a charge of $85.89 to Acia.  After many calls to their customer service center and getting a recording saying to call back during their office hours, which they never specify, I finally got a rep who said they had no record of my call to cancel.  I will send their pills back for a "partial" refund, but I can assure you, I will send it certified mail and get proof of delivery.  I agree, someone should alert Oprah.

I got scammed too.  I called them (and screamed for a minute) but I got a refund for the most recent charge.  They also told me some BS about the terms & conditions.

THIS COMPANY www.fit-fac.com CHARGED MY ACCOUNT $149.89 FOR STUFF I DID NOT ORDER. I FINALLY GOT THEM ON THE LINE AND THEY REFUNDED THAT AMOUNT, ONLY TO NOW MAKE 2 MORE CHARGES AGAINST MY CARD FOR 40 DOLLARS MORE! I WILL HAVE TO CANCEL THE CARD TO GET RID OF THE RIP OFF COMPANY. THIS COST ME 60 IN OVERDRAFT FEES!

ps... the Total Cleanse charge came from www.fit-fac.com 866-407-1022... they refunded my credit card the next day- that's the only thing they have going for them.

I received the same 89.31 charge on my credit card. I called the number and raised hell to which they replied that I agreed to the Terms and Conditions for the free trial. If you don't cancel your account with them, they will bill you the $89.31 every month... I canceled their next shipment to me and got a confirmation number that everything was canceled and I should be receiving a refund on my card within the next 14 days... will keep you posted. FYI- I had the same thing happen with the Total Cleanse product, also advertised on Network programs... BEWARE of this stupid crap- I'm shopping at Walgreens from now on- no strings attached!

OMG. I WAS FREAKING OUT WHEN I GOT AN $89 CHARGE FROM MY BANK. I ENTERED THE PHONE NUMBER INTO THE BROWSER AND FOUND THIS. THIS IS B***S***. I ORDERED THE FREE SAMPLE OF ACAI BERRY PILLS, AND THIS HAPPENS WITH NO CONSENT? ALSO TO FIND OUT. THIS IS A RECURRING CHARGE. SO GET ON THE PHONE WITH YOUR BANKS NOW! DUMB A** SCHEMERS.

I was stunned to see a charge for $89 on my bank account!!! I have filed a discrepency report with my bank and I am know "waiting" for them to make a decision. SOOOO agrivating. I saw this on Ophra- someone needs to tell Oparha so that SHE can warn people!!!!

They just got me.  I'm on the phone with my credit card company now.  These people are scums!  I will be filing a complaint now and getting this charge reversed.  I am so mad I could spit!

To everyone concerned.  The charges are coming from AcaiBerry Power 500 when you sign up for a free free trial where you pay $3.95 for shippping and handling.  They claim that there is a clause in there where they start you on a regular shipment after your free trial.  I received mine on 10/22/08 and they started the other on 10/27/2008.  I made a copy of the order and there is nothing in there on terms and agreements on the order page.  At the bottom of the page in small print is the word terms.  You need to click on that and read where you get blind sided.  Please warn everyone you know and talk to your bank.  I will dispute this charge and also turn it over to the Better Buisness Bureau and the Attorney Generals office.
