I have just cancelled my order with them - I got conned too. I called from London, so you should be able to get through. Dial 001 877 859 1116. The company takes money from accounts under different names. Along with Trialofferssite they use Fitness Lonevity, which you can't trace via Google. Very cunning. The above number seems to get through.

At first they said I didn't have an account. They asked about monthly amounts and tried to say it wasn't them as they take money in dollars not pounds! I just said this is how the $89 shows up on my statement. They wanted my card number, which I wouldn't give. They settled for the last 4 digits, my billing and delivery address and then seemed to find the account!

They will also try to say that it is a different ACAI berry (or whatever) product and they are not the supplier. Just say you don't have the bottle in front of you, but you definitely have the right company.

They immediately offered to send me 2 x pots of tablets every month for the same price. I declined.

Hi I have just read your message and I am in the same position as you but I cannot contact them as I live in Scotland and I am not registered to use the toll free number. Would you be able to tell me if there is another number I could get through on so that I can try to get a refund, they have also taken $89.31 from my account without authorisation.If I can get in touch before the item is shipped I might be lucky. everybody please watch out for this phone call number. Don't pick up the phone or please pay attention with this phone number, this is an unknow business and they have an authourize to get the money straight from your bank.

I got charged the 89.31 cents too. this is unacceptable.... what kind of business is that?.

I called the number you have listed and they claim they are not associated with Acai berry supreme but are extreme acai berry.  Did you or anyone get a resolution through this number?  They do not list me as a customer in their records either.

The phone number 8-66-938-4832 is not working.  I keeping getting a message that my call can not go through and to try again later.  I have gotten this for 3 days now.  Any suggestions?

I just called 877-859-1116 and cancelled before they charged anything else to my account.  I had to wait on hold for a few minutes, but I got a confirmation number that everything had been cancelled.  This is from the Acai berry free trial.

On 11/1/08 I purchased 1 FREE trial bottle of a dietary supplement (Total Cleanse) from www.total-cleanse.com for a $9.95 shipping charge. I also, on 11/1/08, purchased 1 FREE trial bottle of Acai Berry Power 500 for $3.95 from www.extremeacaiberry.com. The following week I received the Total Cleanse bottle in the mail and noticed my debit card was charged the $9.95 and $3.95. On 11/11/08, I noticed a pending $29.95 charge for a website membership. I immediately called the 800 telephone number associated with the charge (866-407-1022). I spoke with a customer service rep and explained I never signed up for any membership. she explained when purchasing the free trial of the dietary supplement, you are automatically signed of for the membership. she then authorized a refund and gave me a confirmation number.  The following day I noticed the $29.95 did go through, it was no longer pending. I called the 800 number again and was told by a supervisor that the refund was authorized and should go through in the next few days and I would not be charged ever again. On 11/13/08, I did see the refund on my account and thought that was the end of it. This morning (11/19/08), I just noticed that there is another unauthorized charge of $89.31 that went through on 11/17/08 under the name "Trial Offer Site 877-859-1116". I tried calling the telepnone number to get this resolved however it said I must call at 8am MST. Not only have still not received the free trail bottle of the Acai Berry Power 500, I am having funds taken out of my checking account without my consent. I did some research online and saw that many people have been and are going through the same thing. I called my bank immediately and explained the situation. I have to wait until 10am ESt to call the 800 number about the $89.31 charge.  I have put a temporary hold on my debit card so no transactions can go through.  i'm hoping I can get the refund as I did with the $29.95 charge. If i do, i have to call my bank back and remove the hold, once i get the refund, I need to call the bank back and close my debit card number and get a new one.  I am concerned though, if my account is closed and these website memberships keep trying to charge my account with no luck, can they get collections on me or possible ruin my credit report (even though this is a debit card/checking account, they do not have any of my credit card info)? I've seen this happen to business with those fraud advertising websites that say you authorized ad memberships.

I am very disappointed. These people have ads everywhere online and they claim to be 100% free trial. They are wrong. I just checked my bank statement and found out they took 89.31 from me. I have to leave work early and fill out tons of paperwork to get the money back as well as get a new debit/atm card. This is very inconveniencing. Has anyone thought of going through the better business bureau to complain? This can't be legal what they do. I only authorized them to take out the 5.95 shipping and handling! These people are morons!!

Just so you knwo if you ordered Acai Berry Supreme and Total Cleanse here's what I was told:
1)  866-320-0038 does NOT work don't bother calling it for Total Cleanse cancellations.
2) 866-938-4832 is the Acai Berry Supreme line and it will also enable you to cancel Total Cleanse, make sure you ASK!
3) If you ordered ABS and TC at same time to ship to same address the only one that will apply is the first one ordered because you can only have one product, one bottle shipped to same address!

I only ended up paying the 5.95 for my Total Cleanse trial, and the gal made sure to give me a confirmation email of it being cancelled.  She also gave me a Ref ID for Acai Berry Supreme.  Yes, they are based out of Florida.

I was only hold for 20minutes, and it took 20minutes to get this taken care of.  Good luck!

Yes this also happened to me with "Acai Berry Supreme, AKA; "ATea" and is happening across this nation, They also give the credit card/debit card to other company's linked to include them i your purchases.  I contacted my bank, they told me they can see all/many repeated attempted charges, one was sucessfully processed, they kept trying and entering different Cv codes. I have a security so it was caught but "attempted several tries throughout the morning.  They reported my card and they cancelled mycard and sending me new card/numbers.  Also, They suggested if I use a card to buy internet purchases, use a different card with very limited funds access, not related to you mortage, payrol ect. and my and ususal debit card.   So now I have a $250. Cap 1 card that I now use only for on line orders. Cap 1 are very good about about handling fraud and reversing charges reported as unauthorised charges.

This company is fraudulent, they pretend to send you a free trial offer and tell you all you have to pay is the shipping, then they automatically start charging. They started charging me every 3 days! $88.62 was charged every single time, i paid the shipping cost with my debit/credit card and that is how they got the number, they also have several different companies so they started charging me under those names too! I talked to my bank and they cancelled my card and issued me a new one. The day i cancelled they tried to charge me again but were denied, thank god. If you dont do something about it they will drain your account. I also suggest you going to the wellness watchers MD website and click on customer service and cancel your membership, cuz apperently everyones automatically given a :memebership", thats there way of saying its legit to charge you. So ridiculous, it was a pain to deal with i was so stressed out.

I checked my account today online and this company has charged my account $89.31. I have no idea what this charge is for.I haven't given anyone permission to charge my account. Did any find out what kind of company this is?

My credit card was charged $89.31 this month and I did not approve of this charge. We are disputing this charge with our credit card that isn't even activated! We don't even know how they were authorized to make this charge. When I call the number to talk to someone in customer service I am placed on hold with music playing and my call is not picked up. I think this is a scam and the phone numbers are linked to recordings.

my mother was just charged $89.31 on 10/8 without her consent. she put in request for a stop on the charge with her bank.
