Are you pissy because you have been outed on your crooked scam! Sounds like you are scared now and freaking out because you have been caught. There is a way to collect on a debt and you apprently do not know the laws, maybe instead of coming on here you should buy a book with laws of debt collection and learn them, then you know what people would not be coming on here and expressing the TRUTH of this crooked company.

LOL somebody sure sounds crabby. What's the matter, couldn't you afford this week's crack shipment for the boiler room?

Does you mom know you commit fraud and extortion for a living, or did you tell her to look in the mirror too?

Love the exclamation points, by the way. That helps us know how desperate you just be, not that it isn't obvious anyway!

Santa Fe Management is a DEBT collection compay out of New York, they are not an ADR company, there are other "sister" scamming companies associated with them, Titan, Orbit international, CjC  Consulting, Xerox Management. I have noticed when you google these words they are common words on the internet so they can Mask who they are. Chris Collins owns them and is a Crook and con artist. He will not claim he owns them he will have relatives names as owners so he looks as if he is not associated with them. I have contacted lawyers in Texas and they say do not talk to them they are illegally trying to scare you into paying a debt, Ace cash express, and most payday loan companies do not take people to court they sale the debt to get their money back and then the 3rd person debt collector trys any means to extort money from you. They are not licensed or even have a surety bond in Texas they can not LEGALLY collect money from you. DO NOT GIVE them your information they will take you to the CLEANERS!!! If you want to send little Chris Collins and email go to the website for CJC Consulting and his email is on there!!! Report this company to all attorney General offices the one in your state and in New York and also the FCC....They will be stopped eventually!!! And their little "Private Locating Service" That calls you originally with CONSEALED documentation to be delivered to your place of employment or home, is probably sitting in the same office as these CROOKS.

Here is the link to the two-page complaint form for the NY Attorney General
Consumer Fraud Division. All it takes is about five minutes to fill out and a stamp to mail and I know from personal experience they WILL help you against these types of illegal collection agents.

Correct, in my dealings with Santa Fe Management as well they will not give out an address, I had one associate confirm they are operating out of the collection haven of Buffalo/Amherst NY. That's why I left the link to the New York AG Consumer Fraud's Buffalo division above. I talked to the AG's office and all you have to have to file a formal complaint with the Attorney General's Consumer Fraud division is who is calling you and from what phobe number, they can figure out where it's coming from and act on your behalf. The two-page PDF form gives you plenty of space to list all the illegal ways Santa Fe Management is threatening you at home, work, relatives, with criminal charges, etc. And you can list what you'd like the NY AG I do. I just listed to have Santa Fe stop contacting me and anyone associated with me. It's good to have the state's Attorney General on your side. Just fill out as much info as you have to the AG and let's get these fools closed down!

They will not tell you their address i have tried many times they say only thing you need to know is they are Santa Fe Management, they are full of themselves. Do not give them any information, if you think about it why would you if they will not disclose theirs. They do not mail out letters they say they will only send an email if you agree to pay them back. This is not verification of debt!!!

Does anyone have a physical address for this Santa Fe Management? Received a phone call from 877-771-7329, telling me to call back 877-859-9778.
Initially received a call from someone claiming to be a "mediator" for them telling me to call them. I did talk to one person from this Santa Fe Management and they claim to be collecting on an old payday loan and they threatened me with all sorts of legal action said being served court docs at my work or house for "check fraud" etc. would happen immediately if I didn't pay them. They, of course, would not mail me anything stating they own any debt of mine and after a little research they aren't even licensed or bonded to collect anything in my state. I did find out they are located in the debt collection haven of Buffalo/Amherst.

If you're contacted/threatened by this Santa Fe Management or anyone you think is associated with them, please take the time to fill out and mail in this complaint form to the New York Attorney General's Consumer Fraud Department - Buffalo Division. Even if you just have their name and phone number and the nature of what you've been threatened with the AG's office will at least help to get them to stop calling you and hopefully get them shut down.

Good job Fred, trying to scare people once again to believe this is a legit company. Once again I hope people are not buying into this, Your scamming people that is all there is to it, harrassing as well. You simply bout a block of files from a company and now you are trying to collect on it by saying the original company is sueing you, well guess what they no longer are associated with that file therefore will not sue you. A real debt collector reads the laws and follows them, you have not, and now you are sounding like an infomercial to claim you are legit...bravo bravo...too bad you are still wrong and not falling for it.

*if your state requires a Surety Bond go to your state secretary department and search these fools, they dont have the bond therefore they can not even collect in that state. which means they are illegally trying to collect a debt and they need to leave you alone

Thank you soooooo much you dumbasses......   I freaking listened to your drivel about what a scam this was and $1200 later found out HOW WRONG YOU WERE!!! It would have only cost me $326.25, but because I called their "BLUFF" it also cost me interest fees, late fees, transfer fees, court costs, and having to get an attourney...  which I would not have needed if I had just paid my damn debt.
Heres the truth: There IS a  Santa Fe Management, they do call people that owe on UNPAID payday loans, they do hire outside entities that are out there serving documents, and if served you WILL have to appear and pay them....   and much more than you thought.
YOU PEOPLE KNOW NOTHING EXCEPT HOW TO TRY TO BEAT THE SYSTEM!!
PAY YOUR DEBTS! DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!

They are also calling from 877-514-6897.. I asked for something in writing and the guy I spoke to states they will be sending AFTER  I pay in full.  Also, he said " we are not a collector however we are an arbitrator where we try to get you the best discount on your "debt".  Be careful.

This stupid a** (goes by Jack Conrad and from the number 877-514-6897 also) tried to convince me that I was going to be served. i told him to STOP calling me and that I know this is a scam. They call ALL the time. i essentially told him to go F*ck his mother and to hurry up and serve me then because I'm waiting. I get these calls at least 3 times a week. SOOOO annoying. I wish the FBI would catch up to them already.

I just got a phone call, and so did my brother, from Santa Fe Managment regarding a pay day  loan I defaulted on 1 year ago.  I paid this company probably, because I am guesstimating, $1200 in fees on a $350 loan.  I am in the state of Louisiana and pay day loans are legal, so that is not the problem.  They tell me that there is a "locator" out in the field "looking" for me ....to serve me court documents, which I know is SO UNTRUE.  Because why would a "local" company get a debt collector out of New York or wherever to serve me instead of just going to the local parish sheriff's office....So I am not buying it and you shouldn't either....To get them off my back I offered to pay them 50% of what the "original" loan amount was, which would be $150....I mean they have already made a fortune off of me, so I think this is a good deal, but they wouldn't buy it...But how do I even know that this will go to the original debtor?  They just sound "fishy"...Anyone else had any recent dealings with them?

I have been getting calls from a "people locating service" stating thet they have "sealed documents" they need to serve me regarding a pending case for writing a bad check??? The guys name is JACK MORRISON. He instructed me to call "Santa Fe Management Firm" so that I could settle this matter out of court. The number he provided me with is 888-551-5849. The funny thing is that I live in California and this place is out in NY? And Mr Morrison had a heavy NY accent as well lol! After reading what everybody else has to say about these people, I can breathe a lil easier. I almost fell for this scam. Well I'm just going to wait and see if I get my "sealed documents" soon HAHAHA!
