A collection agent that keep calling

yes I got a message and you could barely understand the thick new york accent and saying it is regarding a civil suit and to call back for a Tony Mortello at ext # 231 regarding a case #. I called and there is business name. it is Cork Capolli and Associates. but they don't answer the phone that way. Then they tried getting my phone # and I don't give my phone # out to SCAMS!!

stephanie Lowinger of 60 Anderson Ave in buffalo new york is the previous owner of neimen rona and associates her and her collectors were using illegal tactics to collect so they changed their name to Gordon, cappolli & Associates at 255 Great Arrow ave suite 4 in buffalo ny on september 26 they were raided by the attorney general's office they have recently moved to 2211 Sheridan Drive in Tonawanda, NY 14223 and are now collecting under the name Mitchell, Meyers & Associates Stephanie disguises herself as the head legal advisor she increase bills by way more than what people really owe thier new office number is 716-748-7261

Now that is Stephanie "LOLO" Lowenger who writes in caps........She sounds like an old, decrepid 1 carton a day smoker when she gets on the phone to steal your money... Word on the street is she has been have customers WESTERN UNION in their money directly to her or Donna Latham so not to remit to her client........They are on to her tho... hahahahaha

They called my friends phone leaving a threatening message saying i would be charged in 5 days at the San bernardino court office for bad check, check fraud and other civil charges if i dont call them back. I have wrote checks for more than seven years because of the whole identity theft ring that occured back then. They didnt leave a name but left this number 1877-827-4425. When i called i got an answering machine that Stated you have reached Gordon Capoli & associates. The first thing i did was filed a complaint with the federal trade commision and i googled them. I guess things didnt work out in New yorl so their targeting Californian's. And yes I am a real person with no interest to bad mouth anybody BUT THEY ARE A SCAM RUN AND FILE A REPORT WITH THE FTC AND YOUR LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT.

Please report them to the New York Federal Trade Commission.  www.ftc.gov.  When I reported them (when they were formally known as Neiman, Rona, and Associates) I was contacted by Karen Davis with the Buffalo Regional Office.

Don't answer or return calls from this number.  It is a fraudulent debt collection agency that will harass you and your family.  They were formerly known as Neiman Rona and Associates.  They keep switching names but it's the same set up of "debt collectors".

Called me as a "private caller" with the name blocked. I have subsequently been hung up on 5 times by this group of quasi professional leeches. Judith Mckinney is who i am trying to reach, but this person is being protected by her cronies. I was called for who knows why? If you are above board why act like sinister and closeted . Just a bunch of callous jabronies who prey on people without courtesy.

I received  a call from them today.....The woman who left me a voice main spoke so much ebonics, you could not understand her. He voice mail was VERY MISLEADING. She made like someone used my checking account. I called back ande then she told me the real truth. I told her to go to hell. After I hung up on her she called me back and called me a stupid honkey. I called them back and got a physical address for them. I will be calling the AG's office in kenmore NY.

Gordon Capoli called me too. Left a message saying that someone has filed a civil complaint against me and to call them to handle the matter. Since I have great credit, am not deliquent on anything and since I received nothing in the mail, I assumed its a scam. So, I checked here and clearly see that this to be reported. So, who can I report this too?

They are a debt collection firm of some sort-trying to collect on a loan involved in a ID theft/fraud problem.  They may have actually bought the loan from the original company vs just working for the original company for a share of whatever they collect.  They are calling my house, not my son's house and when asked directly if they are a debt collection firm, they will not answer the question.  For those of you with a true debt they may have the right to pursue, the collection rules are different if they own the debt vs if they are attempting to collect it for someone else.  It is a question you need to ask them.

received this call today for my son if they know his name and address why are they calling my house if they have the other information then they should have his phone number

I have been recieving phone calls from these people as well and when they leave a message u cannot understand the name they are asking for
