ICM (Internet Cash Macine) - DO NOT answer or sign up with them. It is a SCAM!!!!
Jack 2011-06-06 21:04:54 Unknown
What business has this number?
JS 2010-10-19 06:08:23 Unknown
They still charge on a new card with new numbers after cutting old card off! They did it to me!
Johnny 2010-10-19 05:02:08 Unknown
Same thing happened to me canceled my old card and got a new one still charged me monthly fees $29.95 from ICM right now I am getting it all reversed by my bank!!
John 2010-10-06 23:41:22 Unknown
I have the same problem. Directly dispute the charge on my credit card account and let the credit card issuer deal with it, who is more experienced. Here is the response after ~3 months:
Great News! This letter is in response to your inquiry about the transaction
made at ICMWEBSITES LAKE FOREST CA on ----- for $149.95.
Our investigation is now complete and we are pleased to inform you that the
conditional credit you received for $149.95 is now permanent.
Thank you for this opportunity to assist you.
Sincerely,
Good Luck.

My father is homeless. I had an idea that he could come over to my house and work on to make some money. I just wanted to buy the $3 brochure to learn more about this. 4 days later I was charged the 149.95. This was in May.
I got a letter in the mail today that I lost and ICM will receive the settlement amount was 149.95 that I paid to these guys.
It's a shame that people can sleep at night working at companies like this. No rule bending for these guys.
A few words for fogarty.
First, John Fogarty is a great musician, PLEASE, change your name.
Second, get your resume ready because your company is going to fall. Maybe slowly enough for you to take advantage of a few more americans. But it will be slow and painful and you will be on the street just as my dad is.
Unfortunately, it's guys like you that put him there.
T. Campbell 2010-06-29 19:53:17 Unknown
The same thing happened to me. I told the CS gut John i did not sign up fpr this or acess the account either. I asked him what was the 2.97 fee for and the 149.99 and he said i received the paper in the mail. I told him not only did i not sign up for this, but neither did I receive anything in the mail or access this account online. Then he informed me if I didnt cancel I would be charged 4.99 a month. This is a complete rip-off and is very misleading to everyone... Be careful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
kt 2010-06-20 22:52:55 Unknown
That's nice but i received nothing for the money paid. Amazing isn't it that i received multiple emails from the scammer and now nothing. If their going to charge my account than deliver the product, that's all i am saying. Of coarse i don't care to make a living taking peoples money and just disappearing either. If you think that's the american way, i find that to be a sad mistake. I however am going to call the customer service line monday and keep an open mind, cause if i could make enough money to enjoy more time with my family i certainly would give it a fair try.
CJS 2010-06-18 14:04:54 Unknown
Call your bank.
CJS 2010-06-18 13:58:10 Unknown
I just called my bank, I didn't think I could pull the money back because I used a debit card but it's a Mastercard Debit card so they are putting my money back on Monday and I have to go to the bank to fill out an affidavit and order a new card. You can get your money back.According to the bank, they do this all the time.
Betty54 2010-06-17 17:49:27 Unknown
He does work for ICM. Just got off the phone with this idiot and he said the same McDonalds Line as he did in his posting on the phone. SCAM!
holymotaz@yahoo.com 2010-06-16 00:03:12 Unknown
He will get it back...... ICM are frauds.. You will soon find out
holymotaz@yahoo.com 2010-06-16 00:01:36 Unknown
Go to your back and fill out forms for fraud. You will be asked many questions but you shouldn't have a problem answering any.. Because this same thing happened to me a year ago... Now, it is happening again with these people... I am going to bank tomorrow... You should be able to get it back with the help of your bank...and stop any further deductions from your bank account. And you must cancel if you havent or they will continueing monthly taking payments....
Jessie Murrell 2010-06-14 13:24:10 Unknown
I signed on to your web site for about 20 minutes and immediately cancelled the subscription I paid $2.97 and your adverisement said that would be all that I would be charged. This occured 5/21 and today 6/14 you people have charged me $149.95, as if this charge would just slide through and I not notice it. Becuase I only recieve assistance monthly I noticed it. People who subscribe to these kinds of web sites are usually desparate and out of work, what makes you think we have an extra $150.00 laying around. I want my money refunded ASAP. The phone number you have associated with this charge, 1-877-616-7330, is always busy. I find it appalling that in this ecomony that there are people who would scam broke people. You have taken grocery money from a widower with 5 children, I don't know what else to do. Tears are only the beginning, next will be hunger for my children and me, I won't get any more money into this house until the first of July. Please, I appeal to your humanity, refund my $150.00
Thank You In Advance
Pam Linehan 2010-06-12 21:42:35 Unknown
I need to get the Adrees to this phone No. Because I need to get my money back, I need to write the company or person infovold with this.....................

msicil 2010-06-11 15:43:35 Unknown

curous1 2010-06-10 10:07:47 Unknown
Thats what I was thinking, all the "scamming" is about the money but has anyone actually tried to make money at it? Does the program work? I am trying to work it now, I just started and I would like to hear from people who actually put an effort to doing it. Yeah I was a lil pissed when they charged me the 139.99 but my husband still wanted me to try to make money on it. If the program doesn't work then it's a real SCAM.
David 2010-06-07 20:19:05 Unknown
I have no comments about being hi-jacked by ICM.
Tish 2010-06-06 13:46:52 Unknown
I feel all of your pain. I am however somewhat curious of how this happened. I have been searching for an online business for quite sometime. I have viewed many opportunities, however the first think that I do is google the company. That's for any business that I may get involved with. I feel if anyone has issues or has been scammed, Usually you can find out on the internet. Did anyone look this company up or did everyone just dive right in. If everyone on here is an adult they have heard of many companies scamming so why take such a chance? I hate to sound like bashing anyone, but seriously you have gotta investigate everything before you do anything. Especially when you are giving someone your personal information, like a credit card, debit card or even your address or phone number.

We can. Start with a complaint to https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/.
Dawn 2010-06-04 01:13:53 Unknown
I would like to encourage anyone that has been scammed by ICM and has filed a complaint with the BBB please also file your complaint at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov. If there are many complaints FTC will step in. Being a compliance officer myself I see cases that FTC handles and it is true that ICM is misleading and misrepresenting their company.

You better watch your card!!! In a couple of days, you will notice a charge of $149.95. You need to call this company IMMEDIATELY- T O D A Y - to cancel this !!!! If you don't cancel within 3 days, you will never get your money back. They took these charges out of my account which made me overdrawn.
ts-atlanta 2010-06-03 15:53:25 Unknown
After noticing my bankc account was overdrawn because of a charge for $149.95, I immediately started researching only to find out it was ICM charges. Never did I read anywhere that these charges would be billed or I would have NEVER signed up for this crap. I immediately called the company and was very nice to the customer NO service lady ASHLEY. She had an answer for every statement I made to her. She told me I could not speak to her Supervisor because they did not speak to customers (another red flag). She offered to walk me through the on-line page where it states that I would be charged $149.95 after 3 days. I advised her that I didn't need her to prove to me my faults- I just wanted her to refund my money. She blatenly said they could not and would not do that! She did offer to cancel my "membership" which would have been billed to my account at $4.95 every month. That was nice, but I want my money back!!!!!! I got so very frustrated that I actually hung up on her after telling her I was contacting my attorney. Yes, this was by far the most STUPID thing I have ever done on-line and will not ever go to this site again. My mother (who's bank account is linked to mine) even called them. They would not talk to her because it wasn't she how placed the order. As a matter of fact, the man was so very rude to her and actually hung up on her!! This is a crock of crap company!! WARNING!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! DO NOT EVEN GO TO THEIR WEBSITE. THEY GET YOUR INFORMATION AND SCAM YOU!!! SCAM ALERT!!!!
