I receive several calls form this number daily. there are never any messages left.
I went to my cell phone provider and just blocked the number, now they can't call me!

They have been call here and not saying anything and it is disgusting to keep calling and disturbing people day and nite. sure glad i did not chose them for my cable.
I get calls from this number several times a day. Who are they? How can I get them to stop?
this is Time Warner Cable Co. annoying, yes. called me like 5 times a day till i answered. If you answer they should leave you alone.
Make it stop...it's harrassment!! I answer but never anyone there. I want to tell them to stop. I called them back and heard Thank you for calling Time Warner Cable's Special Promotions Department wait for the next available agent, a minute of hold music then... dead silence. Held for 3 minutes and still silence.
If anyone know how to stop these please share.
I've called back on this number twice and they still call....once I answer, it clicks off. What can be done about this? They call every weekday...sometimes twice a day. Its nerve wrecking.

I agree with mello, the gov keeps cranking out laws, but no judge inforces it...and why? because time warner cable has silent partners whome are also pumping money into judges, and all other elected officials wallets. we elect them and instead of upholding the constitution, they side with financial terrorists and committ treason, for ruling with foriegn powers.

You need to report it to the right people. Have you reported it to the FTC? There is also the option of filing a harassment lawsuit and trying to find others to make it a civil action suit.

NOTE: These Time Warner Cable Dis-services numbers. Were collectively recorded and documented in direct pattern, history, trait, timelines and days. That were within the sudden barrages of ALL those other maliciously deceptive VOIP, Spoofed and " Not in service " fraud calls. That's been nonsensically launched by " others " deceptively alleging no association.

NOTE: In our collective research and reviews. It was discovered that those participating within our network of those who's been targeted to receive this barrage of fraud calls. Are participating contributors in sharing their / our experiences. For which in commonality / resounding similarity.
NONE of the calls from these nuisance numbers being provided. Were being received until Time Warner Cable Dis-services were either dropped, reduced and or their solicitation attempts / requests were rejected.

It is Turner Cable trying to sell services.
Got the calls...hang up when I answered...called them back and requested to be removed...said was very sorry and they have a stong policy of following the Do Not Call List and I would be removed ASAP. Just call them back, ask to have the call recorded, and get the name of the person you are talking with.
This has to be a telemarketer because they are so rude that they do not even pay attention to when the call is answered. Usually I hear static or nothing----waste of time to answer. I do have Time Warner service, and I am on the DO NOT CALL list; however, if I subscribe to their service, the law says that they have a "business relationship" with me and can ignore the DO NOT CALL list. I am filing a complaint with Time Warner.
Did they continue to call after that? I'd like to get the calls to stop
This caller called my cell and just hung up after I said "hello". What gives with these people?
Time Warner just called me again. Special promotions department. After a couple of hours on the phone stating time and time again that we do not want to be called for these things. Going to call them again and see what they have to say as I was just told that the last person that handled this put us back into the dialer.
DONT CALL AGAIN!
Called Time Warner....now being told that it takes up to 30 days for them to get the telemarketers to quit calling. Wasn't what they told me on the 24th when I called about this same number calling and hanging up on me when I answer.
I can hear the background chatter of the call center and then they hang up on me. Happened on the 24th and then again on the 28th of July.
Waiting for customer retention to come on the line and will be giving them an earful about this issue.
And they called again and on my cell again, and I heard the noise (background chatter) of a calling center, then it hung up.
I will be calling Time Warner again this afternoon when I get back. Most annoying is what it is and Time Warner needs to quit lying to people and appreciate their customers and honor their requests and do what they say. I am going to ask for Customer retention this time and see if that goes anywhere.
They called again this morning (3X now in 2 days). Talked to the salesman and told him I am not interested and to take our number of their calling list. For some reason he acted suprised and said okay.
It IS Time Warner canvassing for customers. I just got CenturyLink 2 weeks ago so some sort of list must of been generated. Can't think of any other reason for the onslaught (this telemarketer and many others) of calls.
Too bad REAL people can't find a REAL job -- Oh, they can!

Brand new phone line/number. Haven't even listed with the DNC as I suspect the most unscrupulous telemarketers get their numbers from that published list. Phone has been turned on for 2 weeks and already the scum suckers of the earth are calling.
No idea who this "company" is, except unwanted by many people, including me. Can't turn them in since I just now registered.
I called the regular number for Time Warner and complained again for the 3rd time about this calling and hanging up or not leaving any voice messages. Supposedly we are off the list and our account set to private and the calling should stop in 2 to 3 days and it is supposedly a dialer problem.
I will be attempting to call the number that came up on my phone and speaking to a supervisor about this issue.
You telemarketing a***s need to get a life. How dare you harass your actual customers by the robo-calls. SCREW ALL OF YOU, I'M SWITCHING.
