We keep receiving calls, suggesting that a doctor stop off at our home for a check up.  We question the value of such a visit - since a doctor's office would be much more sanitary.

I and my wife are getting multiple calls from censao health representing themsleves as Humana and a agent of Humana
for a free health care visit. What crap!

I checked on line and found their web page and they are sending their Doctor's around to check on my wife.

My wife has her own Doctor she trusts and has seen for the last 15 years. Who is this interloper dropping in on the door.

What - has Humana targeted her for dropping; so they would send in their own Doctor. We find that offensive and interfering. My wife is in good health and that's why she applied for the Humana Advantage plan. We both have been on their supplement plans for years. They have all the data plus her Doctor's data for years available to draw conclusions!

I am deeply offended with this nonsense!

On Friday, ?June ?20, ?2014 at 8:58am EDT, I received a call from 877-868-5351; A woman identified herself as "Jordan" who claimed to be calling From Anthem Blue Cross-Blue Shield.  She wanted me to return her call to 877-790-8280, X6537, BUT when I called that #, it was a Plumbing and Heating firm in Colorado.

I then called the original #,  877-868-5351 which is CenseoHealth so I hung up.  

IF I really "need" a "home visit", my own Doctor would recommend it. This seems like a scam and I want no part of it. Also, I recently lost my 45 year old daughter (Only Child) to heart disease and I don't need to be harassed at this awful time.
I myself am not well and I resent the hell out of these UNSOLICITED and intrusive telephone calls which I consider to be an invasion of the peace and privacy of my own home.

WHY do these jokers keep pulling this crap? If anyone needs or wants anything these days, they can find it on the internet!  In MY opinion, there is ABSOLUTELY NO NEED for ANYONE to call us UNLESS we invite them to do so!!

Maybe they are seeing how much all 20 of your mothers doctors are inflating prices for everyother member....you just expect them to pay all the docs without ever thinking maybe she would be the same with just 19 doctors......or do u just expect them to just blindly pay everyone because you think you are owed them paying her doctors hundreds of thousands of dollars because that is what Humana is supposed to do....if you ran a company wouldn't you like to know who you are paying and why....not just pay them because her doctor jones sent in a bill.....

I received a call from these morons at 8:18am this morning. They left a message stating they were Humana and to call them back. So I called back and they pick up the phone stating they are Censeo Health. Well that sure as hell is NOT Humana. Kimberly asked me if I had received the letter from Humana to let me know they would be calling me to have a doctor come to my home to check on my vitals and go over my medication. Let me tell you something I have enough doctors that know what my vitals and and they know what medication I am on. What kind of doctor travels from house to house? I don't think so. I told her that I was not interested and that they better not call me again. She did not fight or argue with me just said thank you and hung up. If I do get another call from these morons they will be reported.

If this so called Dr. determines you do not need the services you are recieving, The Humana could deny you coverage based on his assessment? He is hired for their best interest of the company isnt he?

You are violating the "do not call list \" prohibitions which comes with a healthy fine, if convicted.

Censeo has not partnered with my health care provider.  You should be cautious if you receive a call from them.

The concern I had is that this company did not identify themselves correctly, but said they were Humana.  No way will I allow any independent contractor physician into my home from a company that was not honest about their own company name, just because their doctor "will be in my neighborhood" the next day. The home visit may be helpful to some, but not the way the caller acted when he called us in May 2014. The calling approach was more like a repair your driveway scam, not that of a company I would do business with.

Apparently the caller did not feel the msg was important enough to leave a msg with my ans. service.  So why would I now
wish to hear their spiel?  

This is a legit service but this is not the right number, what I think happened is Humana created this service and some scammers got wind of if and starte their own telemarketing scam. This number 877-868-5351 has called me three times and not left a message. I have Humana and got the letter from them, but a call from the real people who left a message was from another number, don't want the service real or otherwise, just wanted everyone to know this is not a real thing, or they would have left a message, just don't answer this number or block it, if you have that service.

I never answer 800 Services calls. However, upon investigating, I learned this was CenseoHealth a
Telemarketer!! I am glad that I did not answer!

Humana is responsible for these calls, they are calling my cell phone which Humana has and unavailable through information, what about Humana privacy policy??

Humana Customer Care Service line is 1-800-486-2620 to report CenseoHealth activity and also be taken off their lists to give out your personal information.  Ultimately, Humana has created this chaos for us.

You may also contact your state Attorney General and the state Insurance Board Commission and report these activities.

These calls are coming from CensoHealth a Humana outsource.   Humana will give your name and cell # to, PRIVACY POLICY??    To stop the calls from CensoHealth there direct # is 1-855-319-4450.  

Please also report CensoHealth directly to Humana Customer Service 1-800-486-2620 and to be taken off all their lists as well.  Humana is making a real mistake using this service, I'm about to call the Attorney General of my state as well as the state Insurance Board Commission.

I'm reporting this to Texas attorney general agency and Texas insurance commission as a start to get this on the record.

In Texas it is against the law to call before 9:00am/9:00pm and they start calling every morning before 9:00am, they are in violation just for that.

I called my insurance and their fraud lines, what a JOKE, job security I guess.    No wonder medical costs have gone through the roof, had the same results when reporting SS fraud for my Mother, nobody interested, all for PROFIT organizations.

Texas law states solicitation calls before or after 9:00am/9:00pm, you keep calling 8:30/8:45am everyday, STOP!!

I have reported these calls to my insurance fraud line and insurance company, these should not be solicited calls, patient should be able to request this service should they feel they need it.

STOP - LEAVE UNSUSPECTING AGING PEOPLE ALONE!!

First, why would any company think that someone would agree to admit a stranger in their house to do a "health" assessment?  What exactly would be included in this assessment?  I'm not a fan of someone invading my personal space.

Second, what kind of "doctor" would work for an operation like this?  Wouldn't someone who had abilities to meet with patients and make health determinations be in a practice of their own, either solo or with other doctors? This is, maybe, an insurance employee or someone who will report back to the insurance company subjective information so that the insurance company can use personal info to rule against you when you need medical care.  

Further, what notes are they taking? Would they mention that you had boxes of stuff lying on your floor when it's actually a filing system for genealogy? Would they say you had too many pets if you have two dogs or cats? Would they say you have clutter in your kitchen, when you don't have enough storage space and need to store your boxed pasta on the counter? All of this will go in your insurance file and frighteningly would most likely wind up in a data mining file to become public knowledge.

Say NO to these people.

Why is their Caller ID listed as Unavailable?   I do not need their service, I have an annual physical with my PCP.

That would be very interesting that your company has "partnered" with my health insurance provider.  Especially since my health insurance company doesn't have my cell phone number.

Whatever this system is, they are relentless and annoying. WHY??? Would I agree/invite a total stranger to come to my house for a medical evaluation, when I have a Primary and Ecialist that I see...*at least* twice a year. This is a bad idea and unnecessary.

Their caller ID is "Unavailable".   Why?   The services they will offer is already done by my PCP duirng my annual physical exam.
