Dummy me, gave my bank card number to pay the shipping for the internet "FREE TRIAL" Somnapure offer. This week-end I was checking my bank account and they have an automatic withdrawal on my account for today in the amount $39.98.  I will be at my bank when it opens this morning! Of course, it will cost me a stop payment fee, but I want this stuff stopped. Believe me it is NOT even worth the shipment charge!!!!! Thankful it hit my account this week-end causing it to not be honored until close of today's business.   I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau of KS.  As of today, I've received no calls, but this number is shown on the automatic withdrawal.

My credit card was charged $74.98. Called the credit card co. and had it removed,then had to get a new credit card. What a scam.

Same here i backed out when they wanted a credit card, i;ll take the call but they annt getten my money, lol

Finally caught the  b------s before the 3rd ring (when they hang up). I am in donotcall but they call anyway.
They addressed me by first name. They were advertising a product which I had just seen on the internet.
It looks like they are tracking ad sites. Now I will have to add tracking protection and remove cookies.
Also use private browsing.
This is about the 11th call from then.

Must be a robocall. They always hangup when my answering kicks in on third ring.
ID says Tool free call. I can never get to phone before machine kicks in. I am on do not call list.
I have reported this before, but does not  work.
Gov list does not do any good.  Even *77 does not help.
Do not think Gov enforces reports I make.

do not enter a telephone number unless you are willing to drop over $70 a month for this product.  no one answers the call to shut it off.  too bad 4 u.  learn from my mistakes.  buy similar products at your local health food store, or mix a potion up yourself from their ingredient list.  if they want to deceive you about stopping delivery, or how mudh it will cost you in the end, or they will not answer their telephone, why would they not deceive you about the product?  learn from the wiser but sadder person.

Note: On the Peaklife website it also notes they have a right to share your email address with other companies as well. Read the page and it will tell you so so call the number listed and protect you personal information, which they claim a right to share.

This company is Peaklife offering a product that they claim is a sleepaid called Somnapure iif you fill it out and enter your number they claim to have a right to call you, claiming you did buisness with them. I reread the page where you enter the phone number it has no claim entering the number is entering into a contract with them of any kind.

Girst if your not entered with the Donotcall.gov registry you should be. If you are take the time to file a complaint anogh complaints they will be fined for every violation. I got 2 calls today and reported both of them.

It has beeen reported that after the 14 day period you will be charged $74.36 and rebilled on a monthly basis. Note: If you find this billed on your banking statement dispute the charge.

I too got a call I did not recognize, sent it to VM and they did not leave a message. I went to their website earlier today. What a joke

Hppened to me too. I read the print and saw it. I backed out after completing the form. Now I am getting phone calls. They do not leave messages.

Yes, same thing with Somnapure.  I was pretty irritated that I was required to enter my phone number BEFORE they disclosed that I was actually signing up for a monthly delivery program.

Happened to me to.  I read the fine print and saw it would later cost me 70 bux in auto-shipments thankfully I backed out and did not give my CC info but DUH I put in the phone number and here I am.  They called me  :(

I too checked out Somnipure yesterday but backed out before entering any account info but received a call this morning from this number but no way to identify who it was or what they were calling about as there was no message and no one spoke, just disconnected after about 10 seconds.

This phone also tried to hit my bank acct. for $74.98

Calling before 9 AM on Saturday besides other times of the day and never leaves a message.  My number is on the do not call list but doesn't seem to matter.
